Visited this place after reading a lot of positive reviews online. Service was slow, lacking personality and overall cold. Food was nothing special but priced like it was. Truffle fries had little flavor and were just regular frozen fries that were worse than any fast food potatoes. My friends turkey sandwich was discolored and pathetic. My hush puppies were overcooked and scratched the hell out of my mouth. Also, teach your employees to stop saying the phrase "my pleasure" because after the 77th time hearing it, the sincerity of it goes away. Please go anywhere else in the area besides this place!
Great little bar, but my favorite part had to be Kyrylo slinging drinks at the bar. Top notch service and easy on the eyes

There is nothing gastropub about this restaurant. A poor experience from start to finish. The place is lit up like a baseball stadium. Absolutely glaring. Service is incompetent and unprofessional. We stopped in for breakfast and both ordered the biscuits and gravy. Biscuits were old, stale, tough, flavorless. The cheesy “potato cake” was half cooked, potatoes still raw. The sausage gravy severely underseasoned. Practically had to beg for a coffee refill.
This is basically a bad hotel restaurant. You’d do best to skip it.

The Copper Fox gastropub has been nothing short of wonderful! From breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks they never disappoint. My most recent visit was for lunch and a huge shout out to Chef Paul and server Ashley! They took great care of us! Always nice to see a chef with such great passion for cooking and combined with excellent service it truly makes for a memorable experience!

I'm a VIP by volume.
This is one of the worst food experiences I've had in my life. When we entered off the street we came in under a really cute sign and were hoping for a nice Gastropub! Turns out that it is just a hotel restaurant. We had 8 o'clock reservations and we got there 15 minutes early. They wouldn't see us even though the restaurant was half empty so we went to sit on one of their couches in the bar and they wouldn't let us sit there cause they said it wasn't a place to wait. However, the bar was empty. But the worst part was the food. It was absolutely disgusting. The salmon was dry and sitting in something like Campbell's tomato soup. We got the risotto which was literally white rice with canned mushrooms in it... Sent that back for the fried chicken sandwich and it was burnt. There was only one waiter who was overworked and didn't know anything about the menu. The prices are way too high for the low quality. I honestly would rather eat at a McDonald's. Do not waste your time.
This is a side restaurant to a hotel vs full restaurant. Menu sparse and while they spruce up the sandwiches,
Thank Kyrylo for the attentive service! Really rounded out the hotel experience for me. Always good to have a reliable hotel bar
