The food here is amazing, I had the 10 oz Manhattan steak, and the banana mussoline for dessert, service was great atmosphere is quiet and cozy. A little on the spendier side, which is to be expected for location and amazing taste. That did not stop me from enjoying my meal. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

This is definitely a great place to be. There were a lot of people in the evening and they were having a lot of fun. The room itself was cozy and nice. The breakfast in the cafe was great. To be honest, I loved the place, it was full of energy.
I have been trying for 2 weeks to make a dinner reservation at Coq D’or. On your website it says Reserve a Table. It’s pointless. After waiting for Google Assistant, then talking to people on help lines and being sent to multiple different people, I understand there are no reservations. How has the beautiful Drake Hotel come to this! I’ve wasted hours trying to make a reservation.

Quaint and cozy. It’s a great spot for lunch and a fancy cocktail. I went with my daughter after wedding planning appointment! I had the Cran Sparkle cocktail, the Reuben and a cup of gelato. Our server Maggie was very nice and professional. It was nice and quiet and I was able to sketch up a little drawing. My only problem is that it was pricey.

We stopped in for lunch on a whim after walking around Chicago because we saw the poster in the elevator for the grilled cheese and soup. It was a cold and rainy day. We wanted to warm up and soup sounded delicious.
We were very pleased that we did stop in!
The Bavarian pretzel that we shared was AMAZING! We also ordered the bookbinder soup and heirloom tomato soup, which were really DELICIOUS as well, and shared the 4 cheese grilled cheese sandwich.
The server was attentive, and have great recommendations.
The food arrived quickly and was great!
It was 2pm on a Wednesday afternoon and not busy in the restaurant.
I definitely recommend this place!

So good to see this classic establishment open for lunch. I’ve been coming ever since I was a kid with my family. The service and ambiance never disappoint! If you are looking for a classic hidden gem this is your calling!

I love this place. I live in Wisconsin, about 90 minutes away. When I come to town, I always make sure I stop here before I head home. The bartenders are great and the atmosphere is amazing. I promise you'll make this one of your favorite spots, too.

Came here for a quick dinner to kick off a coworker’s birthday weekend and the vibes in here were so cute and chill! They had live music playing (I believe) and it really gave upscale but chill vibes!
All of us enjoyed our food and the water here was pretty good for drinks! Perfect for a little meet up!

Food was pretty good. Rather pricey, but that's a given being that it's located in The Drake. My only gripe is the waitstaff. I was treated horribly, not even given the time of day, was even given a check that I couldn't write down my room number on to charge it to the room. And when I told Ernesto that I was going to be charging to my room, he instantly perked up, gave me a smile and suddenly treated me as if I belonged there the whole time. It's unfortunate that a younger couple would be treated like this. Mind you, we were wearing business casual attire and fit right in with everyone else, so it's not like we looked like we couldn't afford the food.

Traveled to Chicago on business. Tried this place as it's an historical landmark, being the 2nd place in Chicago to serve alcohol after Prohibition ended.
It's a nice place, but steak, mashed potatoes and a beer cost $62. The steak was overcooked. It was ok but I wouldn't go back.
