Rolled into Corcoran’s in Old Town, dropped around $65 on a giant German pretzel, buffalo chicken wrap, pub burger, and a couple Miller Light pints. Pretzel was legit, burger juicy, wrap had a solid kick, huge portions. Cozy, lively spot right by Second City, perfect for post-show beers. Staff’s friendly, vibe’s top‑notch. Can’t beat this neighborhood gem!

6/10/2025 at around 8:30pm. This was one of the worst restaurant/bar experiences I have ever had. This was all due to the service (girl with tattoo at front of right shoulder and a moon necklace).
This server was incredibly rude and inattentive, despite watching her chat with other staff members while we needed her. Attitude sucked. Dropped our food off without saying a word or asking if we needed anything. Had to our entire meal without silverware or napkins.
Been to this bar plenty of times and never experienced this. This was terrible!

Corcoran’s is hands down the hot spot in Old Town right now! My girlfriends and I got to the patio around 7 PM this past Saturday and the place was already packed with great energy—it was a total vibe. They have an awesome selection of beers and drinks, and later we moved to the front bar, which was absolutely packed, but the fun never stopped. We ended up staying nearly the whole night because we were having such a blast!
The DJ that night was phenomenal—he played all genres and kept the energy in the room dynamic and nonstop. At one point, the entire floor was literally bouncing from everyone jumping, dancing, and singing Benson Boone at the top of their lungs! The DJ is so talented - thank you for creating that moment for us and keeping the party alive.
Even with the crowd, we never had to wait long for drinks—the bartender was fast, friendly, and super personable. Corcoran’s is just one of those places where you can relax, have fun, and be yourself. No egos, just good vibes all around. Already looking forward to our next night out here!

What's with the rude security guard at the door blocking the entrance with his open leg. I had to ask if I could come in. Is this place under attack that they need a security guard to stand at the door to flirt with the hostess?
Service was slow. The red wines were terrible! Totally bad choice to come here for light snacks before a play. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
