It's ok. I had a burger and the first taste to hit my mouth was grease. It's a cool little pub. My wife had the shepherds pie and it was also really greasy with not a lot of flavor. We were inside right by the DJ speaker, which wasn't ideal but it was a Friday night so understandable. The server was good.

Great place to go to watch a game. All the servers were working very hard. It's hard to hear in there so there was a little mix-up, but everything worked out great in the end. Nice selection of drafts on tap including IPAs, crafts, and ciders. Would recommend curry fries and corned beef sandwich (very fresh)

If you are looking for a cozy place to get wasted, I really recommend this place. Awesome cocktails, good beer, and variety of bourbon. The food really complements the drinks. The bartenders could be little moody if this place is packed.

This is a decent place. The bar was very loud which made it difficult to talk and hear. Our waiter was kind and fast however the food is over priced and mediocre. If you are into the partying lifestyle with drinks and loud music then you may find this bar to be perfect for you. Unfortunately this bar was not for me.
Was looking for a place in Old Town to get a quick bite to eat early on a Saturday evening and picked Corcoran's based on recent Yelp reviews. It was busy but not packed and very noisy, as you'd expect in a pub on a Saturday. The host seated us as soon as we walked in. All good so far. A couple minutes later, a server came over and told us we'd have to move because the group of guys at the next table were waiting for a few more people. She made no effort to help us get another table...didn't get the host for us or direct us to another table. Basically, just "You can't sit here." That should have been our cue to walk out but we were hungry. As we were walking back to the host stand, another party got up to leave so we took their table. After 5 minutes or so, another server (Fiona N) came to take our order. No issues after that with the service--she was friendly, attentive and efficient. We each ordered a drink plus the brisket grilled cheese and the buffalo bird mac & cheese. The sandwich was just OK. The chicken with the mac & cheese was good, but the mac & cheese itself was not. Essentially a bowl of pasta mixed with cheese soup. Sub-par experience overall and would not visit Corcoran's again or recommend it to others.

This feels like an amazing neighborhood bar with terrific food, great service, very lively atmosphere. Our first time here and we will be back no doubt. We live downtown Chicago and this place is more than worth the walk here!

Don’t expect anything special at all. We will never be ordering here again. Hidden valley or the equivalent for their ranch. No cheese in the Mac in cheese. We ate the grilled cheese or else we would have starved.
