Absolutely stellar. Amazing bagel sandwich and giant pizza slices. Sandwich was packed, bagel was delicious. Probably friendliest service I have ever had in Chicago. Will definitely keep visiting.

Came here while visiting the city and I would fly back for their breakfast bagel alone!
My favorite bagel year after year. My office moved, but I go back here whenever I can. Consistently savory, chewy and moderately dense bagels and fresh cream cheese. A generous portion at a fair price.

I liked this place! Food was piled high and delicious. Staff was friendly, fun, and patient. Don't worry, they can spot a new customer, like me, and offer suggestions. Small seating area, but that made it even better.
Definitely will stop by again.

This place tries to associate itself with NYC and their amazing bagels but unfortunately, it doesn’t come close to the quality of NYC bagels. I usually order a breakfast sandwich— the bagels are just ok, and the toppings are skimpy. It would be one thing if they were cheap, but they’re overpriced for the quality.
They also consistently take too long to fill orders; when I order pickup, the order is always ready 10-15 minutes after the pickup time.

Great food!
DO NOT PRE-TIP. Ordered ahead because I'm checking out of a nearby hotel. It took a few minutes to even get acknowledged by staff (there were only two other customers who also had their food) and then I waited ten minutes past the orders due time. I could've gone to Einstein Bros which is closer instead but I like to support independents. I may reconsider next time.
I ordered half a dozen bagels carryout.. I had mentioned toasted.. When I came in pick up they said it's extra to cut the bagels and toast them!!! That's the first I'm hearing about charging for cutting and toasting bagels!!! Extremely disappointed..btw I did pay 20% tip when I ordered. This is just ridiculous

I had the lox sandwich and the sandwich was amazing, but its difficult to eat at times due to the amount of stuffing in the sandwich.
Owner needs to work on being respectful towards customers.
Owner harassing customers infront of everyone is not acceptable.
Came by as a first time customer to grab a decent breakfast sandwich but was met swiftly with extremely unprofessional, rude service. When prompting the cashier of a missing item selection, he instead of extending courtesy, rudely yelled at me saying my hearing is a certain way and that he repeated himself 3 times. At NO point did he restate himself, I clearly spoke what I wanted on my sandwich to which he printed out the receipt with the missing item and he says “exactly” shouting at our group as we left the restaurant. I think he thought he was confident in proving something that he mismanaged and forgot to add? Bagel btw was hardly toasted when requested. Was served around 11:29 am.
Delicious bagels! We stopped in for a quick breakfast - definitely recommend an everything bagel with their chive cream cheese, so tasty! The person who took our order was so welcoming and thanked us for stopping in. I missed out on ringing the bell, so I will definitely be doing that next time 🙂
