I had the lox sandwich and the sandwich was amazing, but its difficult to eat at times due to the amount of stuffing in the sandwich.
Owner needs to work on being respectful towards customers.
Owner harassing customers infront of everyone is not acceptable.
Came by as a first time customer to grab a decent breakfast sandwich but was met swiftly with extremely unprofessional, rude service. When prompting the cashier of a missing item selection, he instead of extending courtesy, rudely yelled at me saying my hearing is a certain way and that he repeated himself 3 times. At NO point did he restate himself, I clearly spoke what I wanted on my sandwich to which he printed out the receipt with the missing item and he says “exactly” shouting at our group as we left the restaurant. I think he thought he was confident in proving something that he mismanaged and forgot to add? Bagel btw was hardly toasted when requested. Was served around 11:29 am.
Delicious bagels! We stopped in for a quick breakfast - definitely recommend an everything bagel with their chive cream cheese, so tasty! The person who took our order was so welcoming and thanked us for stopping in. I missed out on ringing the bell, so I will definitely be doing that next time 🙂
Love this place! They have the best veggie cream cheese I’ve ever had - loaded up.
I can’t resist good NY style bagels and pizza. Living in Chicago, it’s hard to find good foldable pizza slices like NYC. These guys do it right.
And don’t miss out on the coffee crumble cake. It’s so freaking good.
They were so fast and nice
Brkfast on point! Bagels reign supreme and the music vibes just make the experience perfect!
Ring the Bell on your way out!! Ayyyyye!
Best chicken salad sandwich!!
The bagels are delicious. Service was great. My only complaint is that there is not enough space to eat. Only 2 wooden counters with 2-3 seats each. Food is solid though.

Mediocre bagel at best, under baked, under salted, under toasted. Cream cheese was delightfully light, but completely lacked flavor. It's embarrassing to call this a NYC bagel AND there are dozens of better bagel shops that are in Chicago (primarily jewish properties).
Best bagels
I’ve never had a New York bagel so I won’t judge the authenticity BUT I thought the bagels and cream cheese here were delightful. There’s also fun bell you get to ring on your way out that elicits some whoops and hollers from the people working there. Fairly priced as well I thought for just bagel and cream cheese. The bagel sandwich’s were in the $15+ range. Also not too busy
Great place for bagels!
good bagels & the guy working here was so nice!!!
