I’m here now and the staff is horrible,i told them the coffee is cold ,the soup is cold and the fountain soda is flat,not to mention the lady with the braids behind the counter has an attitude out this world and shouldn’t be in front of the customers,she rolls her eyes and and looks uninterested whenever you ask a question,a nice dark gentleman came to assist me with the drinks,I fell I. Love with the corner bakery when I stayed at the London House last year it was attached to the hotel,the pastries and breakfast sandwiches were amazing ,the staff were friendly and hospitable,I can truly say I will not be back,horrible service

I came here grew with a group of friends and we all placed an order on the kiosk to go. It took over 45 minutes for our orders to come out. My bowl of pesto cavatappi was nearly empty. My friends grilled cheese had unmelted cheese on it. One of my other friends asked about her order and then was told that they had not made it because they were out of that specific sandwich, but had not told her, she then replaced it with a salad which had wilted lettuce. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and frustrating trip to a restaurant that I usually enjoy.

Used to be good, now just don't go here.
Service is extremely poor, had to wait for more than an hour, and the venue wasnt even half full. Seems they are trying to run the business with a third of the necessary staff. They don't even bother to clean tables.

Chronically understaffed and slow. Came here today for a quick breakfast and after waiting an hour we still didn’t get our food. We had to head to the airport so just walked out. Crazy thing is they were STILL taking orders when we left. The owner needs to help their staff out here.

30 minutes wait for two coffees and still waiting. Best part is watching g every customer complain when orders are brought out.

Completely unacceptable service. Put in an order at 9:25am. At 10:32am we are still waiting. No one at the front to even try and cancel. We use to love coming to corner bakery. This is the last time. Complete cluster here. I will give props to the one young woman who is smiling and trying to help everyone. Dirty dishes on tables. Apparently only one cook. Customers need to know this on the front end. We left at 10:42am. Got a refund.

Waited about an hour for my lunch order (which was salad + toasted bagel). Granted it was during peak time at noon but still do not think the wait time was justified. Ended up asking to get my order to go so I can eat at work. Heads up to people with tighter schedules that may not be able to wait around extensively.
