Tried this spot once with a friend and I am hooked ever since. I enjoy the good character and tasty dishes and beverages. Fantastic work.

I order a western which is just egg, ham, and red peppers on your choice of bread. My sandwich had peppers ( green and red), onions, a spicy bread, and bacon, and ham. The worst sandwich. I will not be returning to this location ever. I asked for no red peppers and end up with more stuff on my sandwich then wanted. Horrible place

Wow.. I really Wish I had read the reviews before I stopped In. This place is garbage. Small portions, overpriced, staff that seem to know the place is rip off.

My gf & I went on a Sun afternoon @ 3:50 and there were just a series of things that made the experience unenjoyable. The first problem was both electronic card readers wouldn't read either of our cards. So if we didnt have cash they wanted us to enter all of our card information which in this day and age makes me entirely uncomfortable and unsecure with my data. I have 0 faith in any company with my data. The next thing was there were only 2 employees working which is fine, there weren't many people. But one was in training and the person who was supposed to be training wasnt supervising his work. So my GFs Chicken Pesto sandwich ended up with spicy mustard on it and had to be redone. So by the time her sandwich was redone and mine was finished, our 2 sandwiches took a half hr to finish. Tables were dirty and needed to be wiped down. Wont return, at least on the weekend. The 2 employees were polite, just didnt perform nearly well enough. Sandwiches themselves were average. My favorite sandwich place is still Hanna's Bretzel near Jackson & Dearborn.

Both salad and pizza were disappointing, I guess if you go Cosi stick to their sandwiches which are usually good.

I should've look at reviews before get here. They are not deaf friendly at all. I typed my text number and they said will text me when foods ready. Ended up they yelling my name. And i didn't hear. Hearing standard expectations and ignored standard appropriately system. That isnt cool. I also ordered multi grain and carrot. They gave me cold white bread sandwich.
Close well before posted time. We went in just after 8pm on a friday and were told they were closing soon, but might be able to make us a soup. If we wanted anything else, oh well. The door said they were open until 9pm. It seemed like they get out at 9, meaning clean up starts at 8 or before.

The food is great. However, the Michigan Ave location needs deep cleaning. Whenever I come in its as a world wind hit it. The staff seems aloof too.

I ordered a salad that comes with sweet potatoes and a spicy dressing. I overheard the staff whispering to each other that they didn't have sweet potatoes. Sure enough, they didn't bother telling me directly and gave me the salad without the sweet potatoes altogether. I also asked them to replace the dressing with ranch and the entire salad was drenched in the spicy dressing. It was obvious that choosing the right song to play on the sound system was more important than serving their only customer.

Good place with a very healthy menu and fair prices. Ordering on the kiosks is a little confusing. I had to start over three times and I know computers. But then I was really customizing my order. Food was good.
