I love this place
Recommended by staff at Architecture Center. We were not disappointed with the great tasting sandwich (turkey, brie & apple). Located in the Illinois Center, most customers were from nearby offices. Glad we found it.
Nice place to eat clean friendly employees good food to eat
I have given this location so many chances and it's awful every time. They are beyond incompetent and incredibly slow. Today they had to remake my order twice and I left with a sandwich that was *close enough* just to get out of there. And I ordered a turkey sandwich without tomatoes. It has three ingredients, yet they still couldn't manage. I paid $14 dollars for a salad (which I didn't order) and left with a small sandwich (which was listed as $9)?
Food was okay.
Food was ok and staff was welcoming
I usually love to visit this place however lately there seems to be a huge communication problem. First the manager is very cold. She has no people skills and the staff lacks the basic knowledge of good customer service and basic English. I'll not be visiting this place again until they hire a manager and staff who comprehends.
The 🅠🌿 Soup with 🥖 are great as a light bite! 😜
Salad and soups are good. Been here many times with out issue. I ordered food today and never received it!! Waited and waited, finally went to the cashier and they totally forgotto make it. I asked for refund and left, incompetent staff today. No apologizes either. Last time I will be here!
You should visit Illinois center location. People working there treat you real well. I buy lunch a couple of times every week and I am very happy with each and everyone working there.Thank you

I went to this COSI an hour before the scheduled closing and they said they were closed because they had run out of bread. What level of incompetence causes a sandwich place to run out of bread? I went once before and they'd run out of something else. Not a good place to go after the lunch rush.
Even though I'm not a paying cuatomer, I'm pregnant and the guy said only for paying customers. Wouldve bought something. Not anymore
Only came here because I had a free entree coupon but I was pleasantly surprised by the superb taste of the rustic food. Love the bread they use and I would definitely recommend it for a quick lunch or dinner stop. Try the pesto chicken! It's delicious!
Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food here. Everything was very tasty and seemed fresh. It gets busy on weekdays during lunch, but the line moves quickly.
I've been to this Cosi a few times now, both during lunch rushes and without and once for breakfast. Each time I've felt that the lines were a bit disorganized and the staff was a little behind, even the one time that they weren't all that busy. Everyone was friendly but it felt rushed and not the level of service I've had at other Cosi's.
