Cost a lot but it's safe

SCAM WARNING: I'd give zero stars if I could, I went to see a show at the Chicago Lyric Opera, parked here, there was NO SIGN WITH PRICES, I was charged $57 for three hours! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE!

The lady was kind that works in the office. But the parking price ($46) for under a hr. Lord have mercy quite overcharged at its best. Not what I wanted to have to experience during my bday event.

Terrible place we only parked for two hours and they charged us 58 dollars, they are thieves

This place is a ripoff 1 hour and 2 minutes parked and it cost me $46. Are you kidding! I tried to look into why but the menu on the kiosk cleared in 3 seconds each time it looked like it was double charging me and there was no way to change it of get help. PARK ANY WHERE ELSE!! Even at an airport would be cheaper.

Will try to give you run around then ignore you. $57 bucks for what. Max rate was $39 and I didn’t even hit that. Just dispute it on credit card. I instantly won my case because dollar amount probably isn’t worth much arguing over. Cheats.

Parked here while staying at the Hyatt Place and my car was broken into, rear window totally smashed. Others had same issues and all they could say was sorry and file a report. Sure doesn’t seem like they have cameras either as they could only give me a rough timeframe when they think it happened. Can’t believe a hotel uses this for parking and they have such bad security.

Always spots available and easy to get in and out of.

Outrageously expensive

Too expensive!!! Parked only for an 1.5 hour!!!

Great location and really liked the electric plug in, but a 25% price increase in parking rate from Dec to Jan too much for me, seems greedy.

Regardless of the rates being posted, the fact that parking AT NIGHT has gone up over twice the previous amount is ridiculous. Not to mention these ipark yahoos seem to be taking over most of the garages downtown. Will be looking for another garage. I've been parking here for at least 15 years.

We have been parking here to go to the opera for many years. Within the last month the rate was $20 in the evening. Yesterday evening when we went to pay it was $55. We had no option but to pay or we could not get our car out. There is a telephone number on the receipt, but it goes to voicemail. I left a message and no one has called me. I do not recommend parking here.

I’ve used this parking garage to commute to work at EY many times. There are 3+ entrances and the prices are reasonable for 12-hour rates. Will use this as a staple for coming into work in the northwest loop area in the future!
