I visited the place twice but today that I went to buy I sat first at the table to wait for a friend to invite him to eat at the place but a person from that restaurant approached me and told me that I could not be there, customer service must be paramount, very bad experience of this place today with that person, the other days I visited the place the ladies were very friendly But that young man today doesn’t know how to treat customers

Waited 20 min. for a very sad buffalo flatbread sandwich. Asked while ordering if it came with lettuce and onion - guy said yes and it came with no onion. Also was supposed to have bleu cheese spread on there. Didn’t get that either. Looks like the bread and meat were just thrown together and that’s it.

Such a pathetic experience overall. Bed service was slow and unprofessional. Food was cold and poorly presented. Room smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned. Staff avoided eye contact the whole time. Please avoid this restaurant at all costs!

usually stop by Cosi in the mornings for a breakfast sandwich, and it’s always a good experience. The food is fresh, the coffee’s solid, and the customer service is great while waiting. The staff is always friendly and makes the mornings feel easy. Definitely one of my favorite ways to start the day.

The chicken sandwiches are dark meat. Might not be a big deal for some, but an absolute deal breaker for me. Some pieces even had some skin on them. Had to throw most of it out and ended up with bread and tomato for my lunch. Very disappointing for $14. The staff is nice though
I work nearby and come there every morning for breakfast and pretty often for lunch as well. They are so reasonably priced and always really good quality. Their breakfast bagels and lunch bistro bowls are my favorite and I love that they have vegan and vegetarian options! Highly recommend! great food, flavors, and staff!
