I come in to Così probably 5x a week (location is right next to my office). Every single time I’ve come in, I get greeted by the nicest cohort of workers I’ve ever met. Erica specifically is fabulous - she knows me by name as well as my coffee order. I didn’t seek out becoming a regular, but because of the service, I just can’t see myself getting coffee anywhere else on my commute. The point system they use is very straightforward with no gimmicks, which is much appreciated since the decline of Starbucks’ infamous point system. To top everything off, the restaurant opens at 7am and they’ve let me in early to get a coffee more days than not. Could not recommend this spot more. 10/10.

I love Cosi. In fact, I go to Cosi every day. Cosi is a friendly service and definitely catered to everyone’s needs. Cosi is a very welcoming inviting place. The food is delicious and the service is top notch. What I love most about Cosi is the staff there. They’re all very friendly but, most of all very personable. As they serve you, they also get to know you on a personal level. Meaning they get to know you for you. You rarely find a place that makes you feel seen, heard and valued all at the same time. If you need a place like that, then Cosi is the right place for you!

This chain has seen better days and so has the overall Loop lunchtime dining scene. $15 for a bowl no drink. Vegetables were raw and broccoli did not look fresh. The dining room was poorly lit although tables were clean. Just don't look up at the ceiling.

Cosi used to be known for its outstanding food, but my recent visit left me feeling somewhat underwhelmed.
While the food was good overall, it didn't quite meet the exceptional standards I remembered. My biggest concern, however, is the pricing. Paying around $25 or more for a quick lunch sandwich seems excessive, especially considering other options available. Given these factors, I'm uncertain if I would choose to dine at Cosi again in the future.

Cosi is a dependable go-to for our office lunch orders. They offer a wide range of options suitable to all dietary needs. Our orders have always been fresh and delicious. The customer service is fantastic (Erica was a pleasure to work with!). I know I can depend on Cosi for my team’s small working lunches to large catered meetings.

The dining area was poorly lit and dirty, it was giving dingy vibes. The staff working could not have been more annoyed at people coming in had they tried; they were curt, annoyed, and overall unpleasant. First few bites of the sandwich were dry, salty, and nothing on it tasted fresh. Opened it up to see wilted and browning lettuce and didn’t finish it. Really disappointed for the price.

I go into Cosi about 3 times a week for the bacon and avocado toast(which is amazing if i may say). The staff is always friendly no matter how many catering orders they have or how early I get there. They also have this new salad the summer melon salad....it's soooo good and fresh I got the cajun chicken added. That sweet and spicy taste is to die for. All of they food is always fresh and tasty! And the staff always have a pleasant attitude. I rate them a 5 out of 5.

I had the new hot honey chicken bowl. It was like $16 downtown. What a mistake! Filled with jasmine rice with a few, not many, slices of pickled cucumber and carrots. Sauce was supposed to be warm and spicy. It was just room temperature honey in a cup. Blah. It was awful because there wasn’t enough sauce and hardly any veggies. It wasn’t the server’s fault, corporate has no taste buds. Don’t bother trying it. Never again.

Ate here for lunch & the place looks like it has been spruced up! Food was good better presentation than it has been in awhile. I noticed a new manager, who greeted us with a smile & was very accommodating! Glad this place has kept its place on Dearborn.
