I used to come here all the time when I worked nearby. Yes they take to long with getting your order made but it was always fresh. It used to be good, but not sure what happened. Bought a Groupon because I knew I was coming to revisit since it was offered on Maps. Came by around 12PM and the place was closed. It opens at 11AM from what it said online and Google Maps. When I looked inside, the fridge was empty behind the counter. Kitchen was empty and clear. Looked like the place is closed down. Called and voicemail is full. Not sure what happened. Luckily I was able to get my coupon refunded thankfully. Next time I'll call ahead!

I like the food, but it never opens on time and when it does they will take about 40 minutes or more to get your food if it opens at 11:00 the staff should arrive at least 30 minutes earlier to pre everything terrible service!

I've been calling this restaurant for two weeks straight, no one answers the phone. So I decided to go personally twice one week and they were closed. Why would they be closed for 2 whole weeks but online it says they're open. Do these people not like to make money??? Now I'm stuck with a Groupon for this place. Total disappointment!

Excellent food and service! We are first timers at Cousins Grill and I don't know why. We don't live far but never heard of it. So glad to find it. We especially liked the Pollo Fresco with all the sides. Excellent food and service.

The mofongo experience! The food wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great! I guess we don’t know how to eat mofongo properly.

The food was bad hard meat I’m not going bad there again you need different cooks and on the oil on the table was not good get new oil is old and get prices right my daughter got sick ok

The executive jibarito was very good... price was average... but the waitress did not repeat the order which it's ok because I saw her write it down so no problem but I said that i didn't want mayonnaise and she wanted to argue saying she repeated the order which she didn't but don't argue with the customer next time I'll say my order in spanglish...lol will let people know the food is good but speak clearly and have waitress repeat it back.

When you go there bring seasoning cuz kno taste at all. Rice was salty meat kno taste. VERY ! UPSET !. THATS NOT HOW OUR FOOD SOPOSTO TASTE !. SAD !. NEVER ! ILL ! GO ! BACK !.....
