Great ingredients still need great seasoning which Craft burger doesnt apply. Their house sauce just tastes like garlic mayo and doesnt add much depth to the flavor profile just onions and beef. A little black pepper goes a long way btw. Was able to make it better with my sweet baby rays hickory bbq but damn it was a let down to know they think they can get away w mediocrity.

Dropped by Craft Burger for lunch and went with their Classic Craft Double and a side of house fries. That smash-style burger was on point—juicy, melty cheese, tangy craft sauce, caramelized onions all nestled in a buttery brioche. Fries hit with herbs and Parm, and the walk-up window vibe is laid-back Chicago realness. Spent about $14 total. Love it.
