“Get transported to a tiny French cafe at the northern end of Lincoln Park.
We were delighted to see that La Creperie, which has been around since 1972 but closed for a few years, is back and just as charming as ever.
Occupying a long narrow space mid block, the cafe is filled with furnishing and artwork reminiscent of a tiny Bistro in France.
The menu includes salads as well as a variety of savory and sweet crepes.
We opted for one of each, the ratatouille crepe and a lemon crepe. Both were delicious and held true to their pre closure standard.
There are several wine pots available, as well as tea, coffee, and espresso drinks“

“I recently had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful crepe spot in Marquette Park, and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. The crepes were absolutely fantastic, and I genuinely believe that you won't find crepes this good anywhere else in the area. Not only were the crepes delicious, but the prices were also very affordable, making it a perfect option for those on a budget. It truly feels like a special food experience, with the quality of the crepes rivaling those found in high-end restaurants. One aspect that stood out to me was their exceptional customer service. They provide you with a beeper when you place your order, so you don't have to stand around waiting. It's a small detail, but it made a huge difference in my overall experience.Supporting small businesses like this one is crucial, especially when they offer such outstanding quality. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you're in the area. The combination of delicious crepes, affordable prices, and top-notch customer service makes it an absolute gem in Marquette Park.“

“We were in town from WI today and stopped in for lunch. The salads, tomato soup, Crepes, pesto pasta, and sangria were all amazing! Super friendly staff, and very clean restaurant. We will most definitely be back!“

“Gelato is good, the floor layout is wack. For some reason you have to check in at the center of the counter and then wait in the middle of the entry-door until you get called, which is confusing AF for people who come in and think they're standing in line. (Sorry guys the 8.5x11 laminated signs don't rectify this).“

“Went in for a late breakfast at Leonidas at 1964 N Halsted St, in chicago.
We experienced fabulous service from a young lady named Katie.
She was patient as we picked various meals and drinks.
She was clearly knowledgeable and super friendly.
She came to our table several times to check on us.
I sampled my sister’s hot chocolate.
Wow! Highly recommend.
All told, we will be back again.
Oh……we got some macaroons.
Also amazing.“

“The food was fresh and piping hot as the waitress brought it out to everyone in my 5-person party. I had the meatlovers skillet. The meats were cooked to my liking, no uncooked bacon, and the potatoes were fully cooked to perfection. The eggs were cheesy and blended together easily in my skillet. The pancakes were fluffy and hot with my meal. The wait was semi long for table/booth, but the food didn't disappoint.“

“A small family-run shop serving sweet and savory crèpes. Spinach ricotta with pesto was good. Makes a perfect quick bite after a playdate at the park or workout at the park indoor gym. Father travels from Indiana to serve food here, he has 2 great kids.“
