I always walk by the building, and I'm glad I went in today! My son really liked the cookies! They did not make it home he finished them on the ride home ☺️. Love them will be going back!

This company is a joke! The cookies are ALWAYS stale. If you call the number you never speak to anyone and the email doesn't exist. If I could give them no stars I would. Absolutely, horrible.

I placed an order in January, I didn't hear anything initially and after a few months, I gave up as lost and was told to just dispute it. I hadn't gotten around to doing so and they reached out and apologized for their error. They explained that the pandemic left them short staffed and after the news article they had an overwhelming volume of orders. I wasn't happy about that but I understand it as the pandemic took a toll on all of us. They apologized, gave me a discount and rushed my order. So I can't give them 5 stars because of how long it took but I do appreciate them trying to make up for it. Cookies are good too.

The "thank you" response from the owner was posted 2 years ago. - My problem's a bit involved to write it all here. Basically, listen to the negative reviews. And take with a grain of salt any positive reviews. They are most likely fake. I do believe something is seriously wrong here. Can't get into their site & when you call, you can tell it's not a legit business.??????????????

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!! So far it's been a month since I've placed my order. I live in Georgia but I'm from Chicago and they don't have these cookies here in Georgia. I thought it would be cool to have friends try these. So far, I haven't gotten them. Like it's been a month. Can't request a refund because their website isn't very accessible when it comes to that. Don't bother to call because the voicemail box is full. Tried contacting them on Facebook and still no answer.My order was only $30 which to most isn't that big of a lost but it is when you're craving those cookies and your baking skills don't on point. I'm still going to bug them on getting my money back. OR GOD forbid you SHIP MY COOKIES ?? Seriously I want my cookies.

Online they advertise that you can buy the cookies @ certain Walgreens locations so my advice is to make your purchase at a store. I ordered online for 2 containers and I should have paid more attention to the reviews because the shipping service is not reliableI should noticed a red flag when I had to go through PayPal to make the order luckily I was able to cancel the order via my credit card. I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! This place is a fraud. This place does not exist it's called Metric Coffee.
I ordered Crockett Cookies on November 27th 2021. They never came. They were a gift for someone who grew up in CPS and would talk about these being the best part of their school day. They'd bring their quarters and buy them every single day in Elementary School. With 7-10 days free shipping... I ordered, giving plenty of time for any delay of delivery. First I sent an email asking for an update on the status. I called multiple times and left messages. I even contacted them on Facebook Messenger. No one ever contacted me back. I'm actually heartbroken because this was supposed to be a sentimental gift for someone going through a rough patch. I hope everyone is okay and healthy overat the bakery and understand if there were problems out of their control. It is just really frustrating that no update was provided when they were able.

I reached out by callingmore than three times , left SMS text with call back phone number and inquired about my order on the corporation instagram page. No one responds to customer that spend money with them. I do not believe that this is a legit corporation so buyers beware!!

I would like to advise everybody Do Not order from Crockett cookies online because they will not send your order I placed my order last month and haven't heard nothing from them yet that's bad business. Crockett if y'all reading this review can't go please send me my money back or my cookies
