I placed an order in January, I didn't hear anything initially and after a few months, I gave up as lost and was told to just dispute it. I hadn't gotten around to doing so and they reached out and apologized for their error. They explained that the pandemic left them short staffed and after the news article they had an overwhelming volume of orders.
