Came for the burger, stayed for the tacos.
I found out about this place from TikTok where the guy raved about the burger. Forgot which one so I went with the gangster burger. Got some birrira tacos since they looked small and I couldn't imagine a burger filling me up. Boy was I wrong. These tacos were HEFTY.

The burger was good. It was flavorful and had a nice kick to it. Meat tasted of good quality. You could definitely taste the sweet chili jam. Overall it was just a solid burger without much separating it from the rest.

Now back to the tacos. These things were AMAZING. Crispy tortilla, beefy consomme, plentiful tender meat. I could not believe how quality these tacos were especially considering they were delivered. 10/10

Overall very happy with what I received and im looking forward to trying out the rest of the menu.

The ‘Gangster’ was simply amazing for our first trip last week. The cheeseburgers and fries are at a notch way up from the norm. Possibly the best burger in Glenview. It feels like a super nice Chicago boutique burger— maybe Small Cheval. Fries were equally delicious. We will be back, often.

I'm making my way through the burgers with the cheddar bacon burger being my go to. The spicy gangster burger is a close second. The onion rings are fantastic with the ranch being a standout compliment to them. Great on-site experience for pickup as well as delivery via GrubHub.

Had the bacon cheddar burger and it was the best juiciest burger Iv ever had! Definitely recommend!!!

We had the at the Lake Zurich Lions Alpine Fest. Wonderful burgers and fries!

Showed up at 7pm and it was closed! Posted hours show it open until 8pm. What a waste of time!

Food is decent, so there is that. Where the issues begin is with there staff. Ordered online (the only real option if you want to order direct). I ordered and called to modify the order since limited options online. The woman told me I need to do online since I ordered online. You can not. Told her to cancel the order if they’re unable to accommodate. She can’t. She doesn’t know how. The owner left and he is the only one with the permission to do that. Then call the owner! I went to pick it up, she was still confused. Informed me again that since I ordered online, I have to fix. The owner will call me tomorrow, we will see. The cook came out and they were both gawking as I pulled off. Shameful business. Empower your employees to do there job. You’d have gotten a larger order had you been abele to accommodate which apparently since I ordered online, you can’t. Due to the lack of professionalism and lack of ability you provide your staff, I will not support your business. I see you’re proud of your community involvement with the shelf of acknowledgments from various community groups. I hope they see this and rethink what a value you are to the community.

Service is excellent, food didn't live up. I ordered al pastor tacos from there today and I was disappointed with what I received. The pastor was extremely gristly. I understand the nature of what I ordered but every bite I took had a piece of gristle. Additionally, they didn't include a lime and the tacos sorely needed the acid. They were underwhelming without that brightness. I will probably go back again, but I don't think I'll be getting the tacos. The service was very fast and polite.

Oscar reached out to me about coming to Amcan Truck Fest. Their food was the absolute favorite of the event! I was blown away with how good it was. Oscar and his team were very professional and communicated with me very well leading up to the event. I would 100% recommend them !
