I've been to this Culvers several times and the service is absolutely great. From the younger workers to the older workers, Culvers teaches the value good customer service and freshness of food.

I'm running around, 20 people can't make an order, they're chatting quickly, walking back and forth, playing, doing everything except work. Why do so many people work in one shift if they can't complete one order.

From the moment I walked in, Kaiden greeted me with a friendly smile and provided exceptional service throughout my visit. He made sure my order was prepared perfectly and even went the extra mile to ensure everything was hot, fresh, and exactly how I wanted it. The food was absolutely delicious, and I could tell the care that went into making it.
Kaiden’s professionalism and positive attitude made the experience even better. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction, and I’ll definitely be returning thanks to his excellent service. Keep up the great work, Kaiden!

Culver's is always good and good customer service sometimes they add too much salt not good for blood pressure but it is good. Best custards with affordable price.
Vegetarian options: So they have fish and fish sandwiches and veggies burgers on the menu. Great decent for vegetarians.

I was disappointed in the Rueben Sandwich and the Patty Melt. They've been great at other locations. These were soggy and not very tasty. I love the Lemon ices, and that's primarily why I stop here.

Good luck getting your food at this place. 15+ minutes no food while 10-12 orher cars that arrived after me got served before me. Mind you there were only 2 cars before me when I arrived and the place was rather empty. When I complained I was told to go inside from the drive through with no consideration as to whether I actually can or not. I had to wait another 3 min to get refunded, and when I went inside to do that only to see multiple other ready orders and one of the 3 items I ordered not even started (i herd front man asking what are they still missing from my order). Left hungry and pissed. This location has no customer recovery strategy. What an embaracement. Never going back to Culver's thanks to this location. No longer my favorite chain and I was excited they opened one close by to my home. So upset...

Chicken strips are a craving of mine. They are definitely in my Top 3 in that category. Can't go wrong with their butter burgers and their ice cream, custards and shakes are worth every calorie. A bit pricey for fast food, but they clearly are not your typical burger joint.
