Review written 11/11/2025. Worst Culver’s food I’ve ever had. Grilled cheese tasted so bad. Could only stomach a few bites of it. Also the employee was cussing when she brought the bag out to my car.
18 bucks for a burger fries and a shake and the give me exactly one napkin. Thanks Culver’s!

They charge for sauce and never mention it in the drive thru. Chick fil a doesnt charge for any sauces. Their app also never accepts my chase credit card. Their fries are overpriced.

I had placed an order for pick up with my boyfriend on Uber Eats and when I had gone to pick it up I was waiting to be helped when they then called me to their pos system it was two young girls and I had told them about my order one of them was acting like they didn’t know what to do I don’t know if she’s new or something but that wasn’t as crazy as the girl who she was talking to her stank face she was giving me like I was trying to steal the food and was just over all acting rude like I was slow and said I had to confirm pick up which was no issue but the attitude and body language that was given towards me for no reason is unbelievable never have I ever been treated that way I’ve worked in the food industry before and never had I treated someone like that no matter who they are or what they look like especially a customer you guys need to do better with who you hire and put on your pay roll cus that’s so unprofessional
