It's been a long time since I've gone to a Culver's but decided to stop into this one to try out their new mushroom burger. It was pretty good. Much much better than Burger King's mushroom burger, but that's a very low bar to pass. Overall the experience was good. Food was good, the service was good and the atmosphere was good. Would go again.

The last time I went with my daughter, the cheese curds were really good. This time they were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out for awhile before they served them to me. The jumbo shrimp was fantastic. The server walked right past me with my food and didn't talk loud enough or give me a chance to answer him before he walked away with my food. The flavor of the day had too much chocolate in it, and didn't look anything similar to the picture on their website. I love Culvers, but was disappointed in the food this time (except for the shrimp). Getting cold cheese curds is just like getting cold fries at McDonalds.i expected better from Culvers

Was just for a couple sundaes but GREAT as usual. Service with a smile & little extra patience as I had a indecisive 4 yr old🤨
Good custards. Disappointed with the fact that on the back of the receipt there is info about a survey with a free cone. Unfortunately, no survey code was provided to complete the process. Very disappointing.

The grilled chicken sandwich was moist and tasty, but made upside down. Also, the mashed potatoes are indeed bland like many others say. However, their custard is so friggin good. You can refreeze it for later. The staff were friendly and quick.
Tip: Be careful of the pickup exit where cars will zip by recklessly.
