Went through the drive thru not only did they give us our fries and cheese curds upside down in the bag, packaged our burgers backwards so they could fall out, they didn’t even give us ketchup which was on our receipt. Customer service is a bunch of sarcastic kids with no regards for peoples food. We usually really enjoy this Culver’s since they opened but unfortunately their staff is plummeting their reputation. Just awful super dissatisfied and disappointed.

I thought the burger would be the level of five guys or even in-n-out, but it’s not even near that level. Burger and fries were ok, the standards and quality are similar to Burger King/McDonalds.

First time trying Culver's, and the taste is a little better than McDonald's. The picture speaks for itself on the portion that is not worth the price for very little. The shake is very good. The onion rings only a few pieces or half of the onion worth. The burger patty was very thin.

Food is good but the service is top notch. The guy taking our order was very thorough and asked again regarding all of my son's food allergies (all nuts, shellfish and sesame).
