I was high as a kite and the poor girl behind the counter was fighting for me to get my food on time after I'd waited for so long. She seemed worried I would be mad but I was enjoying the smells. 😆

Impromptu lunch... really enjoyed myself. Worked as I ate. Staff was amazing. Very clean. They even offered me ice-cream sample which hit the spot!

I am giving it a one because it was freezing inside and I couldn’t enjoy my meal. I had to walk back outside to my vehicle to eat my food in a warm area.so please make sure the owners be more responsible And keep your restaurant warm they got everyone in there wearing jackets and it feels like it’s freezing more inside than outside. I felt like I was eating outside in the freezing temperatures!

I love Culver’s and have always had wonderful experiences, but this location was lacking. Our order took a long time to come out, and then was incorrect. Later we order custard for our dessert. At other locations, it would’ve come out within a few minutes, so after 10 minutes I went to the counter to check on it, only to be ignored for 3+ minutes by at least 5 different employees standing around mainly looking at their phones- unacceptable! Meanwhile, I could see my order sitting on the counter unattended & melting. I tried to be patient and let someone do their job, but eventually had to ask one of the employees to hand it to me or I would’ve been standing there all night. Frustrating. Plus, if they were this careless and inattentive while standing up front in the visibility of customers, I can’t trust that they are operating carefully while handling food behind the scenes in the kitchen. Won’t be back to this location.

Don't listen to the bad reviews I live right next to this place and come here all the time. The service is amazing considering what fast food service has become. The food is always hot and fresh. And yes sometimes you have to wait a little bit but would you rather wait or have crap food.

Very good experience overall. The manager was extremely polite and welcoming. The mushroom burger was delicious—nice, fresh, and cooked perfectly. Definitely better than I expected.

I just left and they totally forgot my second chicken sandwich.

This is our nearest location and it makes me sad because the food quality and service is not as good or consistent as other locations in different states. I dread going to this one because you never know if it will be a good/right order that day. I finally tried again today to give it another chance, but I think this place just can't get it together.

I wouldn't put the blame on the kids working there because every Culver's usually hires kids and the food/service is still good. It's gotta be the management or training. This issue has been going on for months now.

I wouldn’t go to this culver, my friend card # was stolen from here and they tried to order xl rides on uber several attempts the same night. I went to buy a kids meal , and the drive thru lady was so rude . The guy stepped in to take the payment and he just wouldn’t return my credit card until I asked him @ could I please have my card” very shady individuals that work here. Don’t use your debit card here . They distract you to keep your card
