I had took my elderly father in here on Chicago Avenue and they actually got my food wrong. But what happened is I call the stores? I don't know that we do not pick up our ice cream. And the people over the phone. The young people were laughing and a** because of manager. And they say for security reason I cannot speak to the manager cause. How do I know the man to having sister? I said well I was in the store and her sister said that was her sister. That's how would not allow me to speak to the manager to communicate about what was left in the store. Sometimes I ask them who's the district manager. They refuse to let me know. And I thought everything was a joke. People should not treat people this way. This is a the best if you are trying to communicate with the store and one of these is the manager, they should allow you to speak with the manager. This is why they have security in here because they do not know how to treat people their customers in the store. I do understand this is on the West side of Chicago. We need to do better and treat each other and respect one another and respect. People who are elderly and us. I will find out who the district manager is.They should not do over the phone.Severely hanging the phone up numerous times and when that allow a manager who they want only 18 need to speak.I gave you lady my name 3 times Marie Anna and I gave her my name again and again and she just refused to fall and resolve the issue.She hung the phone up and laughed like they were in high school

October 5th I applied to a position at this Culver’s I received a form to put in the times of my availability for an interview. I never got anything back. October 20th I call them to ask about my application status and the person I spoke to told me to come in on Saturday at 10am for an interview. I get there and a worker tells me that they’re not hiring and that they will be about next month. Why would you think I would still want to pursue this job after all this miscommunication and wasted time I spent?

I ordered a fish sandwich meal, it took them almost 30 minutes to bring my food out the sandwich was not good and the fries were cold the shake was delicious

I went through the drive-through and Chicago Avenue, Culver’s I ordered. A chicken noodle soup and Coke zero. Everything was delicious but I waited 25 minutes in the drive-through that’s terrible. Please step it up and do better. Wasn’t that many cars and everyone was waiting?

It was nice to have this convenient food restaurant in this area. But sad to say each time (3x) i've gotten food, the wait time is so slow. I received a sorry for time. But what gives? Management if you want this place to succeed employ enough people to keep this place running!
When this restaurant first opened, I was there & ordered 2 sandwiches and drinks ---had to wait.... In July, we ordered about $37 worth of food-----a long wait timea be... Friday 10.3.24 we ordered 1 burger meal and fish sandwich w/drink.---- A wait time.

I had the pleasure of dining here the atmosphere is good & the food. The crew provided good customer service as I placed my order. My food was brought to my table looking & smelling delicious The manager is friendly & has a good team player relationship with his crew.

8 cars had to pull over to the side to wait on orders ? maybe they need more staff? Not sure but that was alot of cars to be waiting on the side waiting for orders.
