This restaurant is hit or miss. Not impressed after living in Wisconsin and experiencing the great service offered in that state. Also the prices are steak house prices. Why the price differences between same restaurants in different locations? I would only eat here if I'm desperate for a good burger joint. Other than that, it's a skip it for me. I rather visit another location that's not as expensive as this location.

Surprising my Mom w/your perch dinner w/fried cheese curds in the middle of winter was a summer reminder treat! As our local summer restaurant is on small remote lake shared by our family’s lakefront home in Wisconsin.

I’d like to leave a positive review for this restaurant. As an Uber Eats driver, I’ve noticed that many restaurants don’t treat delivery employees with respect, often making us feel less than human. However, this particular restaurant stands out for its exceptional respect and kindness towards delivery drivers. They even offer us complimentary drinks, which makes a huge difference. Because of their excellent treatment, I keep coming back not just as a driver, but also as a customer.

What more can I say then WOW. I was incredibly pleased by the service, with a huge shoutout to Rubi. She was very helpful with her Milkshake inspiration. The food was delivered fresh and with a smile! If I could add more then five stars to Service I would!
I have been here before and the burgers have always been descent. Went today, a Monday little before 7pm, and ordered 3 kids meals, single burgers with the works. They were the driest, worst burger I have ever had there before. McDonald's burgers are better than what they gave me. Whoever was working clearly didn't give a damn.

A few times a year, we come to Culver's in Portage Park, IRVING PARK & LAVERGNE, Chicago, IL. Going on multiple years now.
Over 50 ppl (Inc children) we had here after school event. Sometimes unexpected.
The Staff receives our sudden visits with Smiles, kindness, PATIENCE and promptly take all of our orders and serve us with no stress, no attitude, no complaints.
They all smile and clean around us.
It's truly a one of a kind, unforgettable moments at this specific Culver's.
We visited on Thursday Dec 11 approx 8pm and they did it again, handled our large group so well. HANDS DOWN, APPLAUDING HERE.
I've been in the Corporate Industry for years and have never experienced strong customer service like this. Please continue to do what you do with the hiring process but Also take care of your employees so your revenues continue to grow!
