I don't know how this restaurant's hiring practice works but I guarantee they are not performing a reading test. My order today included the wrong drink and a missing drink. I would gladly wait an extra 30 seconds for a second person review the order and an additional 30 seconds for a third person if that's what it took to make the order correct.

They forgot to run one of our items out to the car then tried to say they ran it out separately? I was in the car with my wife and both of us were confused because food was only ran out to the car once. After a 5 minute discussion of how and why the mistake was made they finally believed me. Why would I walk into the store from the drive thru and make up a whole sandwich being missing? The whole experience was inconvenient and weird. Kinda sucks because I like the food but the staff seemed disorganized and rude

Was given my food at the window but had to wait for the two cars ahead of me that they pulled waiting for their food because they were blocking the exit. I was told by the employee to move my car and i said i cant go anywhere and she said to still move up. After moving up exactly 1 foot, I waited almost 10 minutes to leave the drive thru because they moved the two cars ahead of me to block the exit. Got home and my ice cream was liquid in the cup. This place is idiotic and a waste of money
