This has to be the more disgusting Culvers i have been too, went on 4/15/24 afternoon, not only did they see us come in but we stood there for 4 minutes without someone taking our order. The burger was raw, and the cheese was awful, it had the weirdest taste and tasted old, the cup wasn't even half way full, it had grease/oil floating ontop and around, i will post the picture. The pints of custard refrigerated had one lid open and in full view of workers to see just pure laziness to walk over and discard it, the most disgusting experience. My favorite restaurant to eat and this is what i get. Disgusting raw burger meat and old disgusting cheese sauce. I will post the pics as i have said, they need to retrain all of the employees.

You just can't beat a butter burger. There fish is delicious too. But don't believe the hype on the website of the burgers being " cooked to order". Yes, they cook them when you order them, but you can't get it cooked to a preferred temp as I found out when I tried to order mine medium rare. They do cook them to a fairly decent medium, which is head and shoulders better than any other fast food place. Also beware that all the deluxes come standard with mayo, but they'll leave it off if you ask (went with my father who hates mayo and didn't realize it came with it until he started eating it). Staff is always lovely and incredibly helpful at Culver's.

The manager is very kind, in fact everyone is very beautiful and attentive.
Holli who was working the register was so incredibly kind and welcoming. She was so patient with us as we kept changing our order and was one of the most friendly people we have ever met. Thank you Holli and Culver’s!! Always a welcoming environment.
Chicken Tenders were flat and strawberry sundae lacks enough strawberries to make it a true sundae. The food you get, looks nothing like what they advertise, especially their signature sundae. I blame management and a lack of proper training. On the upside I am glad they're in Portage Park, but I wish they served up a better sundae ? ?After reading some of the reviews, I decided to edit my own review and downgraded my two star's to 1 star.

If you like to eat raw burgers come here. I come here pretty often and every time I come here the burgers are always raw. Nasty! This is now the 4th time I’ve came here and my burger is always raw. They also add way too much toppings and sauce on the burgers. I do not recommend this location.
