I have ordered delivery from here 3 times and every time they never include the soda. It’s always soggy and slow. The burgers are burnt with barely any condiments.
I was so surprised to see a Culver’s in the city but this basically isn’t even the same restaurant it’s so bad

I've been served peanuts 3x now in the concrete mixers. Twice just flavor and this time there was a butterfinger chunk at the bottom. Would not recommend if you have a nut allergy.
They also take a long time. I once went in and waited 45m at a table for a burger and fries 😵💫

The wait is always longer than the other location I go to. Today I ordered a fish sandwich and 2 kids meal. My wait was 27 minutes. I purposely decided to get kids meals thinking that would speed up the wait time. Food was good as usual but the wait is longer everytine I go.

Two times I gave this location a chance. each time has been a disappointment. Either cold food, broke down bathrooms, order not right or overcook food, with long wait times. Whoever is giving this place five stars or better are bots. To the company itself. This is the lowest grade location they have.

Worst run Culvers I have ever been to. Their drive thru is the worst run I have ever seen. They really need to invest in some training.
Since commenting and giving feedback to their feedback link nothing has changed. Still the same poorly run drive thru although you can’t call it that because you just drive up and wait for 20 minutes.

Culver’s is a great spot for a quick and satisfying meal! I tried the ButterBurger and it was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, with a soft, buttery bun that made it even better. The cheese curds were crispy and delicious—definitely a must-try. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. A reliable place for tasty fast food with classic Midwestern charm!
