They made me wait in the parking lot for more than 30 minutes. What's the point of drive thru if customers had wait that long. 30+ minues for a chicken sandwich is horrible. It would have been nice if they notified about the delay when placing the order.

We waited for over an hour for an order in the drive through. The burgers and everything else hot was cold, with the ice cream melted and warm. The staff was unapologetic and seemed annoyed that were upset at having to wait for over an hour. Worst experience I've ever had at a Culver's and makes me rethink visiting another Culver's at any point in the future.

I have ordered delivery from here 3 times and every time they never include the soda. It’s always soggy and slow. The burgers are burnt with barely any condiments.

I've been served peanuts 3x now in the concrete mixers. Twice just flavor and this time there was a butterfinger chunk at the bottom. Would not recommend if you have a nut allergy.
They also take a long time. I once went in and waited 45m at a table for a burger and fries 😵💫

The wait is always longer than the other location I go to. Today I ordered a fish sandwich and 2 kids meal. My wait was 27 minutes. I purposely decided to get kids meals thinking that would speed up the wait time. Food was good as usual but the wait is longer everytine I go.
