The workers are extremely slow, they can’t read or something because they gave me the wrong order when you can clearly read the receipt and see who it is for!!!! 🙄 & then they want to be paid more , if you actually did your job properly then you’d get paid what you deserve❗️❗️❗️Pay more attention to your job and less attention to your hair 🥴🥴🥴

Me and my wife went for burgers, was told to hold, while in lane 1. In lane 2 three cars came and went, while speaking into speaker, no answer, I had to blow horn for a while 2 get service, then when I complained, young lady told me year so ! When I got home my burgers was cold nasty and stale

This place is horrible the service is so terrible they will have you wait for your food for over 40 minutes i went here for a second time hopin it changed but it still the same BS.

I can see from reading the reviews that the customer service has been horrible for many and appears to be the culture of this restaurant. The management and team members at this location need to receive extensive training in customer service. It is unbelievable that this restaurant carries the Culver's name - I am totally appalled with the rudeness and disrespect exhibited during three of my visits. The culture of this Culver's is not what I have experienced at any other Culver's - staff have always been nice, respectful, and accommodating. Mr. Waller (Owner) you should check in with your staff.
Update - I was able to speak with a manager at the store about my concern - she was so pleasant and apologetic - I feel much better that she understood my frustration and was very caring.

Food Took 30 mins for Drive Thru .. Had to Walk Inside for my own order, only for it to be COLD. Ordered a Milkshake it was terrible like they had it sitting there too long & didn’t blend it. I couldn’t even drink the shake. I wish I can get a refund .. I will not be back to this location.

Went to the Doty Road location. Went thru the drive thru. Ordered a bacon double burger basket. That was correct. Ordered double cheese burger with everything lettuce tomatoes pickles and grilled onions ketchup mustard mayo basket. my burger only had grilled onions pickles a spit of ketchup and mustard. I had to dress my burger when I got home. Glad I had lettuce tomato and mayo at home. Not the first time I have been disappointed with this location. I keep trying though. It just shouldn’t be this way. You pay for convenience to have a meal prepared and still have to prepare it. And the fries were cold and tasted like they were cooked in old grease so maybe not fresh fries. Yeah just disappointed.
