This is my first first time at Culver's the hostess was awesome miss Chrisma went threw the menu with me explaining the different burgers they offer and then made sure my total order was correct this is customer service at it best thank you the food was awesome fresh and hot ill be back for sure guys !!!!!

This is a wonderful Culver's. Two female staff members greeted me warmly upon entering this morning. The kids meal was fantastic: a large cheeseburger, fries, drink, and custard for under $9!! This location is just so peaceful to sit in too. It's always clean with a lovely ambiance. Whenever I come here I'm impressed by the experience - it feels like a treat to enjoy a meal here whenever I'm by the Montrose brown line 🤩

Some of the worst service ever. Alyssa was incredibly rude, dismissive and unfriendly for absolutely no reason. We just came up to the window to order and greeted her and the attitude started right away. Horrible experience and an extremely unprofessional employee.

Food is good if you have the patience to wait for it. Staff have their backs to the counter so that their chats amongst themselves aren't interrupted without effort. That's twice now I ordered the flavor of the day and waited for it to show up and left without it, while staff had extended convos and moved around at a glacial pace. I'm glad things are so casual and laid back in the country but it's not fun being a customer on a time limit. Never again.

Always incredibly slow with providing online orders. They place the food to the side and never have anyone at the window. Currently out here with 7 other people waiting while the food is sitting ready in bags right there…. Ridiculous

i don’t understand all the reviews on here- i’ve never had anything but great experiences here. the food is always great- and the staff is are so nice and welcoming. i think people need to manage their expectations a bit- it’s a fast food restaurant.
