VERY DISHONEST BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE — ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!
I was excited to order from this company and so we placed an order. Unfortunately we never received it and were charged for it anyways. Weeks later we still had not received the order and discovered that it was sent to another address in a completely different state. The meals are great but the customer service is horrible. I skipped boxes and was charged anyway. When I logged back in to see what happened all the scheduled boxes I skipped were re activated.
Customer service will not process a refund until I receive and return the box....that I asked them not to send me by logging in skipping it.
Cancelled my subscription. Will not purchase again.
What a fantastic find! I grew up in Toronto and am VERY picky about my Indian food. I was astonished at how good these products are! Be warned: the spice level is mild for us, but it would be upper medium hot in a restaurant. Truly restaurant quality at a fraction of the price. Very flavourful, and not salty or greasy.
