My boyfriend had made us a reservation mind you 2 weeks in advanced and we waited over half an hour for our table. The staff were just seating people as they came not even asking if they had a reservation which I believe caused a massive issue leading to the people with reservations not even getting their tables. We weren’t offered any water and the person who sat us didn’t even say a word. Our waiter finally came over to get us water and was nice enough to warn us we wouldn’t get our food until another house later. We decided to leave and alert the people behind us line because the lack of communication was ridiculous.

We made our Valentine’s Day reservation about 10 days in advance. When we arrived—after already paying for parking—we were shocked to see a long line of people who also had reservations and had been waiting for hours to be seated. There was no host in sight, and one overwhelmed server was running back and forth trying to manage the crowd. It seemed they were still accepting reservations that day despite not having available tables.

After waiting about an hour, we were finally seated, but no one came to take our order or even offer water. Considering that most restaurants were fully booked for the occasion, this was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. While sitting there waiting just for water, we were scrambling to find another place to eat. In the end, we gave up and got takeout instead.

We truly hope to receive an apology and some form of resolution from management, as this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had.

We made a Valentine’s Day reservation at least two weeks in advance and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Despite arriving on time, we waited approximately 45 minutes past our reservation just to be seated. After being seated, we waited nearly an hour without being offered water or having anyone take our food order.

We were told the restaurant was understaffed, which is understandable on a busy holiday, but it was concerning that reservations continued to be accepted despite the clear inability to accommodate guests already waiting. There did not appear to be a host or clear coordination managing the flow of reservations, and several guests around us became frustrated and left.

Valentine’s Day is an important occasion for many people, and the experience felt disorganized and poorly managed, especially given that reservations were confirmed in advance. We had high expectations and left feeling disappointed by how the situation was handled.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reviews staffing and reservation practices for future holiday events, as this experience did not reflect the level of service that was expected.

I made reservations on Valentine’s Day for me and my lady if I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would first of all there was no hostess there to sear anyone there’s was a line and only two servers present I waited over two hours to never eat…never nothing this place needs a complete overhaul

Stayed at the Wade and prepaid breakfast. Was disappointed every day. Service was incredibly slow even when no one else was there. Had to wipe down our own table one day despite being only one other couple - all tables were still dirty. Prepaid breakfast from hotel is apparently limited to a small selection of menu items all worth less than the prepaid meal cost. During busy days you will expect to wait in line for ages just to be seated even. Need to address their staffing issue and if they’re going to skimp on the breakfast make that clear when prepaying.

The food that was served was ok. For six people the food was not delivered anywhere close to the same time and we had a terrible time getting one of the meals delivered at all.
