I scheduled an appointment for a COVID-19 test for a vacation. I got to my appointment ten minutes early, and ended up having to wait over an hour just to cancel my appointment. I needed to use the bathroom so badly but they don’t have public restrooms. I ended up leaving and went to Innovative Care for testing. Their services were a million times better. I normally don’t complain, but the service from this pharmacy is unacceptable.

Beyond incompetent pharmacy. They're rudely aggressive and always angry. And barely mask. For a pharmacy I cannot understand this. Drive through testing is a joke. Instructions are barely given, and unintelligible at best.

Went for covid booster after trying to make appt. Pharmacist said they "don't do walk-ins" despite a sign saying they might be able to accommodate them. I knew there were times available because I had tried to schedule online and got error message (so I thought I would try to walk in for the same time.) Also, pharmacist was not masked (the one interacting with me). In the setting of dealing with sick people, that should be a reasonable expectation. Plenty of other locations nearby, this cvs does not need my business.

Don’t get COVID tests here. Waited for an hour and then got a text that results were invalid. Very poor service.

Want to get COVID? Go here! They literally have people talking to the pharmacist about their current Covid symptoms while wearing their mask on their chin. At another window, the guy is pulling down his mask to sneeze.Absolutely disgusting and appalling. They seriously do not care about your health, which is kind of ironic considering they're a pharmacy.

This store does not follow the CDC guidelines. I went on Sunday 12/26/21 and there was an employee (lady) who was coughing up a storm and didn't seem like she was 100% fine to work. She was on the floor putting tags on. I had went to look for some iodine. What I don't understand is that why management did not have this employee go home. This person could of been possibly been spreading whatever she was coughing to the rest of the employees and the customers. If employees are sick, they should not be working-- even if they are wearing a mask. Nowadays we have to be more careful. I have a family, and I don't want them to get sick of this virus because of one simple thing that management could of done to prevent more spread.

Very friendly and helpful staff at this location. Because it's a bit smaller, you may not find quite the same selection and quantity of their stock as other locations. However, it does have a drive-thru which is convenient, especially considering that the parking lot is quite difficult to get into because it's at the intersection of two very large and busy streets.

They carry this water I prefer called Ice Canyon over their other "Golden Emblem" they are trying to get you to buy. It's awful water the store brand "Golden Emblem". Now, they have other products that taste fine except the water. So, I only buy the 8 single water bottles since they stopped selling the 24 case to the public. Ice Canyon doesn't have an aftertaste but tastes like clean Springwater. You can taste the difference. And this CVS Store had their HALLOWEEN THEME up. So, cute.

i stopby to have my varicella vaccine at 7:35pm, the lady in parmacy section just yelled at me like "you do not have appointment, everything takes 15-20 min to complete and we are closing in 20 min(7:35?) we can not, next time bla bla bla bla.." i had literally 20-25 min, if you could move your a** we had enough time. stay away from lazy weirdos everybody.

The problem is serious and should be taken seriously. I was dispensed EXPIRED MEDICATION.That is unforgivable, what if I had not read the box? What if it was life saving heart medication? No! unacceptable.I had to make a report to the DEPARTMENT OF PROFESSIONAL REGULATIONS, or I will hold guilt too.

Nothing wrong with the CVS but if you want covid test results 5+ days after you take the test, use the Minute Clinic. Absolutely worthless place.

CVS as a company borders on the side closest to incompetence. I say company because we are constantly in battles with on the ground pharmacy personnel about orders and prescription details that are on the website and are confirmed by email.I feel somewhat bad for pharmacy people (somewhat because they have their own issues around competence) because the technology prescription systems the CVS has for online prescriptions and prescription information is horse manure (and this is being complimentary). Almost every time I place an online order and receive email confirmation, they do not get it or they get it wrong. When I refer to the online prescription information, pharmacy personnel universally confirm that online system is bad and unreliable as a matter of accepted fact. This is not new and has been going for as long as I can remember. Doesn't seem CVS has the technology skills or money to fix it. Shame on me for forgetting to accept this proven fact, and expecting CVS to upgrade their prescription system technology to be reliable and accurate. Failure is at the top and top management should be fired for harming the brand and their employees. Amazing that CVS as a pharmacy stays in business. For shareholders, I recommend reviewing your investment decision. As for Pharmacists and pharmacy support, I feel sorry you have to pay for your company's continual incompetence daily.

So happy this store is regularly stocked. The one time I couldn't find something the employee explained they had done a reset of the store. She was kind enough to show me the new location of the items and even recommended her favs to me. I'd rather drive a little out of my way to get to this location than use another Cvs.

Truth I.

Start w the good. Free Rx deliver. Next day! Now . Today I saw a pharmacist ( well she had a white coat on) with a mask on only covering her mouth. Also, my meds have been incorrect more than once but I think that's the Drs fault but she insists it is the pharmacist fault. I never had a problem w my meds until this Dr though.
