D Cuisine Reviews
They only bring out 1/2 of your order, but charge you for your full order. We asked about the missing dishes 3 times. “Come soon!” Nope! Absolutely delicious! The hot and sour soup brought the heat, but didn't over power the flavor. We also had a variety of the dim sum, the best was the pot stickers. Fun atmosphere, great service

D Cuisine is a restaurant that offers delectable Cantonese cuisine, often regarded as one of the best in the city. The setting is modern and clean, providing a delicate and authentic experience. The food is flavorful and served hot at a fast pace. The restaurant offers complimentary tea with free refills in a cute teapot, and it is a BYOB establishment, with a nearby Target for convenience. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with staff attentive to the needs of customers with disabilities.
Customers praise the restaurant's delicious and varied menu, including favorites like shrimp shumai, ginger pork bun, bbq pork bun, and sesame balls. The service is described as great and intentional, with the sweeter foods served after the savory ones. Though there may not be a lot of interaction with servers, they are attentive, making it a great place to chat with friends. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calming, and the tea service is appreciated.
Reviewers highlight the excellent quality and flavors of the dim sum and other dishes, noting that the dumplings are filled beyond capacity. Many consider it the best dim sum place in the Midwest, if not in America. The unique sandy salted egg yolk buns and the light, flavorful soup dumplings are particularly praised. The cha shu turn over is also noted for its surprising crispiness, suggesting that these items are freshly made. Overall, D Cuisine provides a unique and tasty dining experience, with delicious Cantonese cuisine, a welcoming atmosphere, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
