got takeout, something basic; orange chicken and vegetable fried rice. both were a bit underwhelming for what i paid, it came out to $37 for just those two items so that was a bit disappointing. would try again for the dim sum

Order take out from D cuisine as my Chinese take out or choice. Recent orders have stopped coming with rice, either it’s being constantly forgotten with my order, or they don’t have rice with main dishes anymore. Either way I’m bummed

Never tried their stir fry dishes, but definitely best dim sum place in Midwest, probably in America even. I’ve never had an authentic experience with the sandy salted egg yolk buns outside of China until I tried them here. Soup dumplings were amazing, too. They were light, flavorful and like a umami bomb, with a surprising but delightful citrus hint. Cha shu turn over was surprisingly crispy.
