Don’t let the photos fool you, these are hands down the best donuts I’ve ever had in my life. I was a little upset when my half dozen rang up to $47 (my fault for not looking at prices ahead of time) but was SO incredibly surprised by the flavor and texture of these donuts. The bakers have managed to find a way to make yeast donuts perfectly flavorful with no greasy feeling- they are light as a fluffy pillow with the slightest crisp from being fried. Honestly, to die for....
Today I visited for the first time the LaGrande location. I loved the music while watching waiting. Everyone was greeted with such a warm smile and hospitality. The donuts were cooked fresh and worth the wait. Because it was my first time I was able to try a donut of my choice at no charge, I choose the Carmel. I purchased a glazed cake and was blessed with a few more glazed yeast. By far these are the best doughnuts ever. I will make my way back soon.
These are the best doughnuts ever!!!! I had a former coworker who used to bring these into the office and I have been craving them for months. Finally, I rented a car just to grab a box. Lolita, who is amazing, hooked me up with some donut holes just for walking in the door. I had actually never had the apple fritter and ordered it for the first time and holy smokes! It is the best. A close second would be my old favourite the caramel. You can’t go wrong with any flavor though....
