I ordered the roasted brown sugar milk tea. Not like tasty like before. The previous caramel was roasted. Now, we just added black sugar to water, and the black sugar hasn't completely melted yet. Feel upset

Just want to start my review by saying the staff here if VERY rude!! Came into the establishment yesterday and ordered some drinks through the self serviced machine around 8:30PM on April 24 2025. When it was time to pick my drinks up at the counter I arrived with a very happy thank you just to get looked at and ignored as if they didn't hear me talking to them while I was in their face. I felt very disrespected and left with a very bad taste. Won't be coming back here. Don't come to work if you don't like what you do.

Came across this place which exploring china town and I’m glad I did. The best boba I’ve ever had. The kiosk makes it easy to order and make adjustments to the drinks. The place looks super cute with cute seating and plants.

Yummy boba from this place and the inside is very cozy and has plenty of seating. Definitely going to try this place again. It is on the second floor of the plaza so that might be a little tricky with figuring out where it is.

Great boba and super cute interior with a bunch of boba plushies. My husband is lactose intolerant and they had a bunch of other options to substitute. 10/10 recommend.
