Perfect neighborhood spot. You want good food? They’ve got it. You want a solid selection of drinks? They’ve got it. Good service? They’ve got it all. Highly recommend this small spot for the cozy bar atmosphere.

Decent neighborhood place. Occasionally plays music at night club volumes, so not really a good place to go for dinner.

If you guys are going to blast the music that loud, at least invest in some acoustic tiles. It's just a mess of noise bouncing off your tin ceiling, and I had to leave in the middle of my meal! I shouldn't have to bring earplugs to grab dinner.

Awesome spot in the heart of Lincoln Square. Outdoor patio dining is great weather permitting. Nice to stop by for a bite and a drink while checking out the shops on Lincoln.

This is our favorite neighborhood spot - the spacious patio is amazing with a big tree right in the middle that provides lots of shade. Staff is always friendly, and the food is great. My favorite is the Sante Fe salad which is huge, the pizzas and burgers are all very good, and for comfort food, I get the chicken pot pie. We're so glad this restaurant is in our neighborhood, and we're happy to support it!

I would never go back here. Only reason you would ever go is if you want to watch people. That’s it. The food is basic. I would rather go to Wendy’s over the food here. Huge portions which is nice but why would I want a large portion of terrible food. Think of this place as a grill spot that is greasy and low quality ingredients- if that’s what you are looking for then go at it…

I've always liked The Daily Grill. Tonight they outdid themselves. I stopped in for a solo dinner and they were busy for an early winter Tuesday evening. But I got a comfortable seat and lovely service. Then there was a glitch--somehow my order didn't submit. Things happen-- it's all about the recovery. I not only got apologies from the waiter--but also from the busman and the manager. And the manager bought my dinner. The waiter didn't even want a tip. He just asked that I come back to see them again. And my whole wait was maybe 10 extra minutes. No big deal. The food was great--the service even better. If you haven't been before, you should try it!

We went for lunch on a Sunday (Super Bowl Sunday, no less) and was able to get a table for 2 right away. The service was great and the food equally as great. We enjoyed the daft beer list as well as the patty melt and the chili mac. Will probably stop again when in the area.

Good food with large portion sizes. Family friendly. Never too busy and staff let you sit at a booth even if you visit solo off-peak times.

Early Halloween celebration underway during our stop for dinner. Festive: wait staff in costumes; decorations; vintage rock music over the sound system. The only downer was the overserved female patrons at the bar singing at the top of their lungs. Food was above average. Overall, a nice evening out.
