Dairy Queen in Chicago

“7/6/25 MOCHA MOOLATTE WAS MADE TO PERFECTION.......Went to Dairy Queen on the 4th of July. Their Mocha Moolatte was cool, creamy, and refreshing, just what I needed on that hot summer day. (The Mocha Molatte is a blend of coffee and rich rich fudge with Dairy Queen soft serve and ice, topped with whipped cream and a chocolate drizzle. It's sort of the ice cream version of a 7-11 slushie). It was rich, not too overpowering, and perfectly made.

The employees were very attentive, and the restaurant was clean and orderly. Although not a big deal with my experience, the only issue with this particular location is their washrooms are very small. I had to leave my shopping cart outside the door. Mothers with babies or more than one child and strollers, or those with walkers or in a wheelchair, are bound to have problems. The washroom isn't big enough, and there's no changing table. (With all due credit to the restaurant, the washrooms were probably originally intended for the employees, and later open for customers to use).

At any rate, the product I purchased couldn't have been made better. The store is in good shape, I'm grateful they have a washroom to begin with, and that's what really matters. 5 stars for this restaurant...“

“it’s very cozy and well lit! the blizzards were great. i really don’t like how most dairy queen’s look inside and this one rocks. we were there after a movie at music box and it was full but we got a place to sit and even though it was freezing outside it was nice in there and also clean. everyone seemed extremely content and happy in there. good job!“

I liked my cone and my partner liked her blizzard.

Wish the smallest blizzard options was a little cheaper, but otherwise no complaints.

Also, would recommend allowing to add digital tip on before completing transaction especially for gift card use.“
