I was craving ice cream from here and I was unaware of the time they opened. I ordered through the drive thru and saw the lot was pretty empty, i then realized that i had arrived about ten minutes before they opened. When i paid and received my order, the staff member served me with such a great attitude! Love this place and their friendly staff.

I used the drive thru to order, got a chocolate malted shake. It was my dad's favorite, and he recently passed away, so it seems like a nice way to remember him. The malt tasted just like dad's used to. Thanks for the memories!

I just wanted to give a lil update for shits & giggles! The FORMER-employee(she was FIRED) that I complained about in my review left me a lovely message that I just came across! She said, I am the reason she "HATES WHITE PEOPLE" Ironically enough, I'M HISPANIC!!!!! So, unfortunately this girl could not play the race card today. I, unfortunately get the impression that she uses that one a lot. I kindly told her that I hope she can learn to change her vile attitude, learn from her mistakes and learn to be professional in her next position & that she won't get anywhere in life blaming others for her indiscretions...especially another race! with that said, she is a very young girl so I suppose there is hope! ¡dios te bendiga cariña! Thank you Dairy Queen for doing the right thing! Also, I posted the former employees message in the Dairy Queen photos. Enjoy!
Hello I was shopping with my son and got hungry and went to dairy Queen n it was perfect they had a special for burgers and they were very good burgers also a nice admisfear n clean place...ps I promise you I'll be back n they have a drive threw .

Went to Dairy Queen On Irving Park near (Central is it)? on a Friday night one evening. The line was 10 people deep. It was 45 minutes from the time we got in line..to the time we actually ate. They we're out of chocolate sauce for a concrete mix in we ordered..and not told upfront about it. Very bad experience. BUT...I'm a fair reviewer, and I'd like to say there were plenty of seating and the place was clean. This was the ONLY time this has happened. I have been to this Diary Queen plenty of other times, and they usuaĺly are NOT this busy. They USUALLY have all the ingrediants for the ice cream, and service is typically decent. I say come here and give this place a chance, JUST NOT A FRIDAY NIGHT PERHAPS...
