I bought a blizzard at this Dairy Queen and it was a more like a soup. They handed it almost melted, even the cashier knew to not flip it because it would have made a mess. It was completely melted in 5 minutes and just ended up being a cool refreshing chocolate milk
Service here is not good
We love Dairy Queen and it was too late to eat in so we took it home, we were happy to eat it outside the store. Big up the royal cheesecake blizzard š¦
My girl that runs this spot always answers the phone and helps me in ways that only she can. This DQ has saved my life. Thank you to the hardworking staff that always comes through with my frozen hot chocolate!
Worst service Iāve ever experienced at a DQ. I spent a lot of time in St Louis and southern IL so Iāve been going to DQs for years. Stopped in as a delivery driver and experienced slow service with a negative attitude. The team had no sense of urgency and seemed overwhelmed by the high volume they were experiencing. Being overwhelmed is understandable but projecting that onto guests is not. One guest ordered, swiped their card, and when the cashier disappeared, the guest grabbed what they thought was their cc receipt. One of the crew members, a tall gentleman noticed the guest grabbed the receipt and shouted NO! over and over and snatched the receipt back. He couldāve have simply said, that wasnāt the guest receipt and that it was for the crew to know to make the order, ask for it back, and then ask the guest if they wanted a receipt. When my order was ready, it was abruptly slammed down on the counter. All orders seemed to be made with misery. Would not ever patronize.
The best place for ice cream lovers. They are all so nice all the people who work in there!
This was my first time at any Dairy Queen and the service was mediocre. How an item was served wasn't clearly communicated until the manager got involved. The medium is 70 cents less than the large, but thats too much ice cream especially if you're not freezing some for later.
The most disgusting Dairy Queen Iāve ever been to. Smelled like B.O. The cashier was point blank rude and asked to take our order multiple times and then walked to the back of the kitchen while we were speaking to her. Ended up puking up the food after we ate. Ketchup was frozen when she handed it to us and there was chili all over it and all over the womanās hand when she gave us our food. Do not come here if you care about your stomachās well-being.
Dirty, only one person working and not friendly at all. The hot dog bun was chewy and they handed the ketchup packets with chilli on them.
Love the chocolate ice cream

I get no pleasure as someone that grew up and enjoys Dairy Queen to say, this location is straight up cheating customers. I spent nearly $150 buying one 8ā Oreo blizzard cake & two 10ā cakes, over the past 4-5 weeks. They advertise equal layers of vanilla on the bottom and blizzard on top. The cakes I purchased had virtually non existent layers of vanilla. The person working there said thatās the way they are supposed to be made. If so, stop advertising something completely different. I get it, handmade things can vary, but these are not the slightest reflection of what is advertised. Please stop cheating customers!!
Btw: I included photos of the advertised cake and a couple of what I got!
That blue Superman Cake batter blizzard with sprinkles is my weakness ā„ļøit doesnāt get any better š¤
I always have an exciting feeling about going to Dairy Queen because itās a childhood fantasy to come here every day and eat all the ice cream I want. However, it quickly becomes very disappointing. When the price range for a small vanilla soft serve cone costs $4.39. It taste exactly the same as a McDonaldās ice cream cone, which is under two dollars. There is no free parking or parking lot so you have to find it on the street. The inside is ice cold and nice for the summer. Thereās nothing wrong with the staff or the ability to sit down and order all kinds of ice cream and sundaes. But I do believe the prices are way too high.
Good shakes from here.
I enjoy Dairy Queen ice cream.
