I’d give less than 1 star if I could. My family of 5 are from out of state and we googled a place for ice cream. Online says they were open til 10pm. We got there at 9:20pm and the woman who took our order was clearly annoyed we were there and rushed my family through our whole order. We sat down and she informed us the lobby closed in 10 minutes. This confused me because online said 10. I told her we would hurry. My children are 7, 5 and 3 and I didn’t want ice cream melting everywhere in the car. The man cleaning the lobby was rude to us telling us we needed to leave because the lobby was closed. I said the woman who took our order said we had 10 minutes. He said no she didn’t. I said then what did she say? He said I don’t know what she said, but the lobby is closed. So the only choice we had was to gather up our girls and go outside and eat our ice cream on the street. As we were walking out the door, I said online it says you are open until 10. He said our drive thru is, the lobby closes at 9:30. I said is that just your made-up rule? He said that’s the owners rule and he couldn’t shut the door on us fast enough.I’m a business owner myself. So from business owner to business owner: Do Better. Update your Google hours. It’s not hard. And find employees who will treat your customers with the respect they deserve for choosing your store.

As a patron who relies on the assistance of a service dog, I recently encountered a distressing experience at this location , where the abhorrent behavior of the staff left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Despite the importance of service dogs in providing essential support to individuals with disabilities, the staff displayed blatant discrimination against both me and my service animal.Upon entering the premises with my service dog, I was met with unwarranted hostility from the staff. Not only were we denied entry without any legitimate justification, but we were also subjected to rude and dismissive remarks.Furthermore, the manner in which the staff handled the situation was utterly unprofessional and lacking in empathy. Rather than seeking to understand our needs and offering assistance, they chose to perpetuate discriminatory behavior, disregarding the rights of individuals with disabilities and their service animals.

Consistently the waitstaff is working hard to create other products like the cakes as well as service the front counter with a very varied clientele from kids getting out of school to mothers with young children to those of us just stopping the middle of our day to get a quick sweet. I suggest the procedures change because when you give them a debit card you're not able to put a tip on it and that's unfair and very often do some of us have cash and they deserve those tips so so now I'm sure to bring cash with me or whatever I have in the car at the very least I'm not in the service industry of that type and I say this out of just playing politeness and regard for my fellow hardworking human.

Staff is really rude and unprofessional behaviour. It was my 2nd time . 2 girls both of them really frustrated for no reason may be because it was about closing time and they didn’t want any extra work . If that’s the case they should just close why to keep the open sign. Very disappointing.

Really rude cashier/employee that yelled at me to not go into a fridge. Then when I asked her where a specific cake was she then pointed at the fridge I was initially getting the cake from. To make matters worse the cake fell from the cover, she then grabbed it with her bare hands and she still attempted to sell me that same cake. Terrible service.

The blizzards are the same great blizzards you can get at any DQ location and I like the location, but the store is run by a skeleton crew and the interior could use some revamping.Parking: You will need to look around for street parking nearby - will take some time to find and will be paid.

If I could give negative stars, I would.This happened Saturday, September 30th around 4:45pm, give or take.My friend and I like to visit on Saturdays sometimes. And today was no different. My friend wanted a small Snickerdoodle Cookie dough blizzard. The woman at the counter said that she was out of that. So my friend chose a different one. We paid and soon got our Blizzards.While the man who was behind us, ordered a LARGE Snickerdoodle Cookie dough blizzard. He was helped by the second employee. We sat at a table wondering what just happened. He was served his blizzard and left.I asked the woman what happened. She said they had none. How did he get a large. She claimed that her coworker didn't put everything in, that belongs in it. I didn't believe her, so I asked the guy myself. He claimed he did. But what he used was what was left in a container in the SINK! DISGUSTING!She then tells her coworker that she was trying to restock it. Proceeds to show him THREE packs of whatever was missing. MA'AM! You said you didn't have ANY!So either she's racist or highly lazy, and didn't want to make my friend the Snickerdoodle. And the guy is disgusting. You don't make someone food with trash or Scraps. Ew...Sadly we weren't sure how they handled our Blizzards, so we tossed those. And we won't be going back.

Really just here to express disappointment that this location refuses to scan barcodes on your app for deals. So after waiting for 10+ in line, were told to mobile order. No explanation as to why they wouldn't scan our barcodes, despite their scanner being right next to the card reader.10/10 give your money to another business so this location can close.
