Food was ok. The macaroni was out of the box, the dressing was ok. The serving size of the food is like giving a kids meal. I wanted to try the yams but they wanted 3 dollars to put it on the plate because it's considered a dessert. No way

My family has never had a meal from Dan's that wasn't delicious, well presented and hearty. It's been a go-to for our family after church on Sundays for good soul food for years!

Not real soul food. It's more like Chicago version of what they think soul food is. If you from the south then you will notice a big difference in how they cook. No flavor. Gritty dressing. Gravy has no flavor. Deep fried salmon patties are tasteless and hard. It's not skillet cooked. The cornbread is not even edible. I was so disappointed that I spent $15 on this food. I felt like I got scammed. They have one price online and another price when you go inside....
