This is my last time ordering on Uber. I ordered months ago and it was so good. The last two times my food was horrible!

First time trying this place and last time. Food is nasty. The hoagies were not made per instructions; paid for extra oil and extra onion but they did the opposite of no oil and no onion. The brand of turkey and cheese used were low quality and very salty. The steak sandwiches were bad too ; meat lacked flavor and the sauce was awful.

Didn’t take long for them to fall off, I ordered a classic hoagie with fries the young lady told me they were out of fries also the hoagie was all onions and pickles ?

Do not go here on the weekend. I went twice on the weekend and had bad experiences. This second time was the worse! My wife and I ordered 2 steaks and 2 hoagies. The guy said they were out of steak, but then came back and said it's OK, they have some. We also ordered the classic hoagie and the combo turkey hoagie. We got home and opened the sandwiches. My wife's steak was half steak and half onion. I guess they used the onion as filler because they didn't have enough steak. There is supposed to be 3 different meats on the classic hoagie, there were only 2 meats and it was more onion than normal. Never again!!!

..Had to come back and revise my review. My first experience was great but this second time was literally ridiculous. The attitude of the young cashier and her lack of care to explain why she wanted to up-charge me for REMOVING items from my sandwich was just so rude and unprofessional. From the moment I walked to the glass, to leaving, her attitude was just rude and my order was not correct and prepared the way I originally Ordered it- I’m sure because of her. She is the cause of them losing our family’s business. We won’t be back. We traveled a ways for this and spent a lot more money this round. Never again.
