I had an outstanding experience with Day’s Hot Chicken in Chicago. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top notch. We ordered through DoorDash, and when we called the restaurant, they were incredibly generous. Since we loved the food so much, they went above and beyond by adding extra items like mac and cheese and additional fries. It was a thoughtful gesture that truly enhanced the experience. I highly recommend Day’s Hot Chicken for anyone craving delicious food and exceptional service.
Rude staff member talked as fast as she could to get us out of there when there wasn't even a line or that busy. Must've got my order wrong and then cooked the other piece because I got all this extra food like fries instead of just subbing for slaw, got that too and an extra chicken tender. Couldn't understand what she was saying. Also she came around cleaning the tables super rowdy banging chairs around. Just an unpleasant experience.

A young lady named Samantha (POSC) was very welcoming, courteous, and patient. She had a smile at all times.I have a stomach condition and she offered alternatives which helped me feel understood. I wish we had many other Samantha's as cashier because people like her really make a difference!!! It is my first time and I want to come back!!!!
