I had a wait before my flight boarded….And Of course tacos is the way to go. Great stop here at “De Colores” at Midway! Great food. Fresh guacamole! Chips were flaky and not stale! The drinks were perfect!! La Piña! Very tasty drink. Prices were reasonable, considering the inflation. To all the haters with the negative reviews! Haters are their elevators!!! Take it from a Latina who knows her Mexican authentic tequila and spices! The rice is delicious! Gauc is fresh! Crunchy...
Apparently now known as Cielo Cantina, this is a very fine tequila bar at Midway Airport in Chicago. The food menu is very limited and my meal was just okay. I had the Street Tacos and found the meat to be a bit dry, and way too much cilantro was used. The tequila and mezcal selections, however, were excellent for an airport setting. Come for the drinks but don’t have too much for expectations when it comes to the food.
Chris is hands down one of the best bartenders I've ever had. He took the time to explain the drink menu and even made me a tasty specialty drink. Give this man a raise! Excellent food, better drinks, and 5-star service.
