I've ordered from here numerous times and had an enjoyable experience, liked my acai bowls, and obviously liked them enough to continue ordering. Today I ordered 2 acai bowls and a coffee via UberEats. There was BOGO deal on the acai bowls, which is the reason I chose to order from them instead of High Vibe. Only 1 acai bowl and coffee was delivered, which means they just forgot to include the 2nd bowl, and the 1 acai bowl that was delivered had maybe half an inch of actual smoothie in it (I ordered the 12oz cup) , which was laughable and clearly not even remotely enough smoothie to mix in the granola, nuts, almond butter, etc. for the entire bowl. The quality and service has clearly gone downhill.

They don't have bowls...they are served in cups. Small portions and small portion of fruit on top. Better places for acai bowls around
Eh, I wasn't hugely impressed. I don't like getting a smoothie bowls in a cup, thanks. The place is super clean, but that also gives it a sterile vibe as opposed to a cozy one. Service was fine, but it's the Midwest so people can't handle questions or others with personality. I also don't like my açaí bowl toppings in the middle. I want to dive into the good stuff on top!

Very yummy açaí bowls. I got one with strawberries, blueberries, honey, banana, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, peanut butter, and chia seeds. Fresh and delicious! I loved how it was plant-based and had vegan options. Tasted so fresh and didn’t leave me feeling heavy.

Tried the açaí bowls at Pure Green and Deep Purpl within a day of each other and Deep Purpl was the clear winner here. The açaí was flavorful and fairly dense, and I liked the variety of toppings options. Granola was delicious, though there were some big chunks I wished were a little crumbled down. I also wish there was the option to get it in a bowl instead of a cup. Overall, good bowl but not great. Still looking for my top açaí bowl in Chicago.

I've tried many places in Chicago and this is by far my favorite place to get Acai bowls. The fruit is always fresh and the Acai is pure. Also, the staff is always very friendly. I bring everyone I know here and they're all just as obsessed as I am! Definitely recommend!

I don't understand how using Kirkland Wildflower Honey is organic or vegan. Please don't advertise standards that you are not adhering to. In the food industry you have to be clear with the way you label the products you are serving. Unacceptable false marketing.
I had the best experience with Deep Purpl. If you never tried açaí before, please do this favor for yourself. All ingredients are fresh and delicious.

I forgot to make my smoothie this morning so I ended up here. I got their Deep Blue Smoothie and I really enjoyed this. I wasn't sure at first about the bananas n honey with the almond milk would blend well. I was wrong...it was very refreshing and wasn't mad at this choice at all. Overall 8.5

Honestly I don’t even enjoy açaí all that much but I loved this place. I residents were super fresh, service was kind and quick, and the açaí bowl hit the spot on an 80° chicago day. It’s a little tight seating wise but I went by myself so it wasn’t an issue for me. Highly recommend for some great bowls to satisfy your açaí cravings like I did.
