I stopped by the Delta Sky Club at Chicago O’Hare while connecting from Boston to Seoul, and it turned out to be one of the best airport lounge experiences I’ve ever had. After a long domestic leg, stepping into this lounge truly felt like entering an oasis of calm and comfort.

The staff greeted me with genuine kindness and professionalism from the moment I walked in. The lounge was spotless, quiet, and beautifully maintained — a perfect place to unwind before a long international flight. The food and beverage selection was excellent, and everything was replenished frequently and neatly organized.

What impressed me most was the team’s warmth and attention to detail. Despite the busy evening traffic, they managed to keep everything running smoothly and made every guest feel valued. Their service perfectly captured Delta’s spirit of care and excellence.

Thank you to the Chicago O’Hare Delta Sky Club team for making my journey from Boston to Seoul feel special right from the connection point. I’ll definitely look forward to visiting again on my next trip.

I recently visited the Delta Sky Club at Chicago O'Hare around 6:00 AM, and overall, it was a good experience.

First off, the lounge itself is pretty spacious. At that early hour, it was nearly empty, which made for a very calm and relaxing environment. I really liked how the space is broken up into distinct sections, offering a bit of privacy and separation depending on whether you’re looking to relax, work, or grab a quick bite.

Cleanliness was clearly a priority …especially the bathrooms, which were very clean and felt sanitary. I didn’t get a chance to check out the showers, but based on how well maintained everything else was, I imagine they’d be just as nice.

The food was...fine. There were some basic breakfast options like hard-boiled eggs and an egg casserole. Not really my thing, and honestly, I’ve had better meals onboard Delta flights. Still, it’s enough to hold you over until your next meal. That said, I understand this type of breakfast setup isn’t unique to the Chicago lounge; it seems to be the standard across many Delta Sky Clubs.

There are three self-check-in kiosks at the entrance. I was the only one there when I arrived, so I’m curious how the process handles a larger crowd during peak hours. It seemed efficient enough, but that could change quickly with volume.

As for location, the lounge is situated between gates M11 and M14, which is convenient if you're flying out nearby. In my case, my flight was out of gate M2, so I had a bit of a walk. However, one big plus: the lounge is located almost immediately after security, so it’s easy to find after the TSA line.

I was having a rough day and a woman from Delta Sky Lounge completely turned my morning around. She was extremely kind and made sure I got everything I needed, going as far to find me inside let me know I could enter the gate from the lounge. I wish I had gotten her name but I wanted to give her a huge shoutout here!! :))

Airy. Spacious. Comfortable. Good food. Clean restrooms. Showers! Complimentary drinks. Friendly bartender. Efficient staff (Jose kept our table clear). Wonderful respite from the busyness of ORD.

Even if you are first class, they won't allow you into the lounge if you don't apply for an American Express credit card.

They told me that this club is the only one doing their job right 😂 what a great representation of the team. My home airport is O’Hare and is disappointing how rude the staff at this club is. I’ve been to almost every other Sky Club in USA and they’re ALL better.

This is one of the best lounges I’ve ever been to for Delta. The food, the space the decor the ambience is just amazing but what really stood out was the private boarding area. I was on my way to Thailand and I was greeted at the front desk and the lady working said that you would be leaving directly from the lounge and I’m like what! Your gate is inside the lounge so when you’re done eating or whatever you’re doing you get to board before first class and even people with disabilities through a secret speak easy type of entrance. If you get a chance to experience this, trust me, you’ll never forget it.

This sky club had it all. It was very spacious and designed nicely. This site also offered nice family restrooms and showers.

My first time at Chicago O’Hare International Airport and visiting the Delta Sky Club prior to my departure. I got there super early just to see the club. I’d heard it was massive and awesome. And it sure was. I’ve never seen an airport lounge that huge with an occupancy capacity of almost 700!!! There was more than enough room to sit down and make myself comfortable. Almost every chair had a USB outlet to keep everyone’s devices charged. The food was ample and looked amazing. The setup was such that even with the amount of people in the lounge, there was no line for the buffet. The reception staff entering the lounge were also super nice and friendly.

Flew La Guardia to O'Hare and back the same day to New York for a quick lunch meeting in Chicago. I was looking forward to checking this lounge off my list.
First impressions were very positive. Clean, calm, well maintained. It was a Friday late afternoon and flight would be past 5pm. I liked the buffet options which were all laid out in one area but had like 2 rows and categories. I wasn't hungry but I wasn't planning on having dinner anymore when I landed so I was specifically looking for one thing: the Chicago Hotdog cart, which was found on the further end, next to the other bar. I met William there and he was such a warm and friendly guy and made sure I did get the Chicago Hotdog version and advised to not put ketchup or it otherwise won't be LOL. That hotdog plus a glass of champagne plus sitting by the best area seeing all the planes and our specific plane made for the best Friday afternoon waiting in the lounge. What made the 5-star experience was direct boarding from the lounge to the plane itself. Didn't even need to get out of the lounge and line up outside. Just a few of us who were in the lounge and went ahead to our seats. Pretty sweet! Looking forward to enjoying this lounge again on my next business trips! Great job, Delta Skyclub O'Hare team!

We travel to a lot of different places, this is by far our favorite delta lounge!

It is very organized, a lot of choices for food drinks deserts. Plenty of comfi seating two different bars. They even have showers where they provide everything.

Lounge and bathrooms are very clean.
