Honestly, the only coffee shop that I go to in this area. I Can sit and have a great meal or take a Teams meeting. The owner and staff are amazing people and give that true neighborhood feeling.

A true gem in Little Italy. Went here for brunch on Sunday around 11 am and got seated immediately. The service was amazing and the food was fantastic. I will be telling everyone to check out this spot.

It was bad food and bad service. The turkey sausage was god awful, the bacon was soggy, the âspecialtyâ coffee was mediocre, and the potatoes were burnt. We were one of 3 tables there and it took forever to get served, they gave us the wrong cheese, and forgot our toast. Had never been here before and certainly wonât be back.

Miserable experience, went here because they said they had soy options. Me and my girlfriend were misgendered and berated by staff member. Location was hosting an event for the Chicago Police Department at the time too, very unpleasant. Coffee was mid and didnât have soy. Decor was good if it wasnât crammed full of 4-0.

We thoroughly enjoyed our coffees at the Demitasse Cafe. Nice, relaxed atmosphere and a warm welcome with exceptionally friendly service. Itâs definitely a spot weâd visit again for a relaxed coffee break.

visiting chicago all the way from cincinnati ohio and this place was by far my favorite in the city! i truly wish we had a cafĂ© this lovely in my city. french toast, breakfast burrito and cappuccino was top tier. a nice gentleman also helped accommodate my boyfriend that isnât a huge coffee drinker, recommended a drink and my boyfriend loved it! staff was amazing, wish i could come in everyday. atmosphere was very comfortable. definitely recommend!

I came here every week while I taught at UIC! A warm, laidback spot to decompress. The staff are wonderful and the pancakes are top notch!
