The best Eritrean restaurant in Chicago! I prefer Den-Den over the pantheon of Ethiopian restaurants in Chicago. Den-Den's superlative food is a highlighted, featuring the best Ye Beg Alicha, veggie plate, and awaze. I cannot for the life of me understand why this place is empty when I walk past it. The food was exceptionally good, the service was quick and attentive, and the inside is pretty with nice music. The prices being completely reasonable for the amount is the cherry on top as well. I highly recommend this place, both for people who are familiar with eastern African food as well as those looking to try something new.
