I got two slices of carrot cake in the evening and I would never recommend this place. I first had to wait a few minutes to be acknowledged when I first walked in - the server was busy using the POS system. It was only when another host walked in that I was asked what I wanted to order. I was then told to wait a few minutes as it would “take time.” Why? The hosts needed to wait for someone else to take the cake out of the walk in freezer that was maybe 20 feet away.The cake itself - each slice was $12 and tasted store bought, old and cold. I wish I had a few glasses of milk to wash down the sweetness of that taste. Would never come back.

My absolute favorite ice cream spot in all of Chicago! The choices are abundant and the flavors and varieties are deliciously scrumptious! The Ice Cream Taco is sheer decadence!I highly recommend this restaurant!

So mediocre. The pizza was horrible worst pizza I’ve ever ate. The only thing that saved them was the dessert tacos. But it was not worth $72 for 2 pizzas and 2 dessert tacos.

Partner and I ordered the Cookie Party, and about an hour after leaving we were clutching our stomachs and sick for the rest of the night. Went specifically for that dessert and had our previous meal hours before without experiencing any trouble. Can't say anything particularly bad about service or ambiance but that all really becomes irrelevant once you're fighting for your life in the restroom at 3am.

Absolutely delicious!! Unique with a variety of flavors of ice cream and extras! Stumbled upon here for my birthday dessert after dinner. Best decision and when visiting Chicago again, we will be back!

The ice cream we got was delicious! It was better than I thought! The service was great! The lady was very helpful and understanding because I wasn't sure what to order so she was very patient. I ordered the birthday cake ice cream and it was delicious! The flavor was spot on! We also ordered the s'mores one

Carrot cake was old, hard, and (for what they gave me) overpriced. The vibe of the place was alright. I did not try the ice cream, which I hope was better. Gets 3 stars because the staff was nice. Based on previous customer reviews, I’m assuming what they gave me (to go) was not their standard quality. Tasted off; I didn’t have more than 2 bites before throwing it away. Total bummer.

Just a bad experience for takeout. Never coming here again. Also nothing homemade about the strawberry gelato. Tasted artificial and like cheap ice cream. The 2 girls were rude and had a stank attitude. Took 15 minutes to get my ice cream when one of them could of scooped it. They lied to me and said someone was gonna make it. So Yeah even my friend said they were rude when I asked a basic question.
