The cookies were pretty good but the service was awful. The girl who took my order was extremely rude from start to finish. I asked questions about the cookies because besides the name, there was no descriptions and no price. I wanted to say something but felt like it would not have mattered. She seemed so annoyed with my presence. I was almost scared she'd spit in the cookies or something.
Walked all the way around downtown Chicago to find this place. Visiting for Navy Bootcamp and my daughter wanted dessert. Google reviews and photos looked good but this place was great. Excellent customer service and the fried gelato was delicious, I highly recommend trying it.
The ‘Go Shorty’ dessert (which is a play on strawberry shortcake) is delicious, it’s a light feeling dessert so you can definitely indulge in this & not feel bad…I could have had another one because it’s not heavy and is tasty 😋. FYI-You do have to eat it with a fork though or it will be messy on your face & hands because it’s too big to hold onto & bite, which isn’t a bad thing. I cut up the waffle taco and shortbread cookies so I could easily scoop...
