My friend showed me this bar/club a few times. I will say I loved It when I first visited. They know how to decorate for holidays. I loved the different levels, the pool and the music. Overall I’ve had a good experience the few times I’ve visited! I hear now it’s not the Bamboo club anymore 😔 they changed It and changed the floors. I hope to visit the next time I’m in Chicago so I can see the changes and hope it’s still great.

We made reservations for Easter morning before the Cubs game. When we showed up, our hostess Sophia checked us in and took fantastic care of us for 2 hours. Everything was friendly, timely, and delicious. Impressive considering how busy it was.

Went to the bar to get a round of drinks for my friends and I and the bartender was super rude and was talking to me as if I was a child. Had the same experience when this was Bamboo club as well. We left for a bit and came back later on in the day for food and sat at a table and waited 30 minutes. No one stopped by even though we were told our server would stop by 10 minutes in. Hence the no stars for food since we didn’t even get to try it. Will say the vibes were good but the service ruined our overall experience.
Side note, I will say security here is super cool and nice.

Was here last night as a guest to attend the preopening of the Charmed theme bar for St. Patty's Day! Food and drinks were so awesome! The place was decorated so cute and they had a really cool machine where you can put your picture on top of your beer! I am looking forward to summer so I can come back and enjoy the tropical setting!

Spent $267 dollars for a 4 person "super bowl experience". The place was clearly not equipped to handle the onslaught of people. Ran out of half of their food items and beer choices. The flyer said you had unlimited wings and nachos, but they only gave us one platter with 6 wings and half an order of nachos to share (which were mediocre btw) between 4 people. I don't know about anyone else but that's insane. Hostesses have no idea what's going on. Taking walk ins before seating people with reservations. People were telling us to go somewhere else before we even sat down. Our server, Sophia, was the only highlight. She was doing her best and was polite. Overall, this was a bad experience and I will not be visiting again.

I had a great time here. I went for the mustache crawl and have been a few other times. When I went on New Years it was really crowded, but good atmosphere. The drinks are alright, but a bit pricy, although I guess that is par for the course in Chicago. This is probably my favorite Wrigleyville bar.

The service was horrible!! The chicken salad was so bad and salty! I got very very sick right after this place! I will never go back there!
The holiday decor is amazing. Service was great. Service and someone else who checked in on us were friendly and attentive. We went after the holiday for brunch so it was a little quiet for the neighborhood. I;m sure it's more lively at other times. A few normal breakfast type items and a few kinda sweet breakfast items. I had a nice mocktail.

Don’t eat here! We tried 2 years in a row for Santa Baby! Both times the food and drinks are sooo overpriced but the service is beyond horrible. Both times the food came out at completely different times and both times someone did not get their order. This year 15 minutes after everyone got their food, we asked about mine and they said they ran out of bread for my French toast.. so I didn’t eat. They never thought of telling me.. did they think I would forget?😂😂. The hostess then told us our time was up at the table and we would have to leave but everyone except for me got their food 15 minutes before. DONT EAT HERE!

Just went trying to get couple drinks, as soon as I opened the door was received by a guy that was so mean saying he needed to have the door closed, he could just have it closed already so nobody could enter thru. Then just wanted to ask how does it work to get in and was still with a mean attitude. Not coming to this place anymore.
