Very cozy, colorful taqueria serves a tinga-like chicken burrito—delicious! Date had carne asada tacos—said the steak was of good quality and tasty. Menu was priced fairly. One thing—I like a little more acid in my salsas: lime, lemon, or even vinegar just brings both rojo and verde to a whole new level. Other than that, we’ll be back!

Fantastic taqueria! I can confidently say it has some of the best casual Mexican food in the area. I ordered a steak burrito suizo dinner and a horchata. The steak was tender, flavorful, and moist, and the burrito overall had just the right amount of salt and moisture to make for a pleasant eating experience. The guacamole inside was a great touch, adding flavor without significantly impacting the temperature of the burrito. The rice and beans were well seasoned. If you like horchata, this place serves some of the best horchata in the area!Service was wonderful; the server was polite and prompt, and food came out very quickly. The atmosphere was also inviting and clean.Definitely would recommend!

Definitely coming back again soon!Note that this is a new location and they are not currently serving alcohol (in case you were confused by some of the photos); however, it is BYOB and there is a liquor store just a few doors down!

Fantastic pollo mole, good tacos and great people but what really made me love this place was their catering!I had to put together a party at last minute and I was able to get a half tray of chicken and a half tray of steak same day and Cesar and the rest of the people there really set us up nicely. The tacos were so good I'm still getting messages talking about them 2 days later.Dynamite spot!

I had mole enchiladas was great then tonight I had the Verde sauce and hands down the best ever! I asked they said it's their grandmother's recipe made in house. SO GOOD!Parking: Street parking
I'm 71 have eaten in many Taqueria in Chicago Taqueria Dimanté is tops. First time ordering got cheese enchiladas w/mole with side of chips and guacamole. Excellent enchiladas and super delicious mole! Loved the guac! Uptown scores a fine new place to eat, very nice atmosphere very sweet people! I'll be back...
