This is not it. Food is wayy too expensive and the pizza isn’t great. Definitely check out Dante’s and Five Star instead.

My friends and I love this spot. We have gone multiple times and had a great experience every time. Recently I had an issue with a delivery order and the restaurant's manager Phil was SO accommodating and kind. 10/10 would recommend... great food and great service!

The chicken wings are not very good, but pizza is fine.
Excellent thin, cracker crust pizza!
Ingredients are very fresh especially the mushroom medley.

If you’re looking for a regular pepperoni pizza, stay far away from here. Over salted/seasoned, burnt pepperonis and NO CRUST 😑 presentation is equally bad and looks like it was kinda thrown from the oven into the box the way it’s touching the sides. Definitely for the out of towners thatve moved in the last 5 years, no sane Chicago native would get anything from here after what I just had.

Where to begin!
Dicey’s is one of those spots that makes a local out of anyone. I truly enjoyed the ambience. Cool modern look with a welcoming vibe. Our bartender was attentive and engaging, all while handling the traffic.
Order: 14” Peppy Boy with a round of garlic bread. We, also, ordered a couple rounds of drinks; seasonal Half Acre for me and a “Easy Peasy” Lemon Freezee for the lady (she highly recommends this one!).
Let me begin with the garlic bread, wow! These have to be the best garlic bread we've ever had. Shreds of parm cheese scattered about and a nice crisp upon biting it. The pizza was well made and cooked to perfection; stacks of pepperoni decorated each slice drizzled with a good amount of hot honey and Calabrian chili oil. The crust was crunchy, and overall, little to no grease throughout the pizza (which is a plus for me)!
All-in-all, I will definitely recommend Dicey’s to friends and family for it has mad potential. Easily became one of my favorite pizza spot in Chicago. I will be coming back very soon!
Shoutout the cooks for the food and the bartender for the love!!

A pizza place that doesn’t take orders or payment over the phone lol

Pizza took 55 minutes to come out after ordering. Service was inconsistent. Pizza was more greasy than it needed to be. I consider Dicey’s lower mid tier pizza in Chicagoland.

Have been to Dicey's twice--the first time was great (food was good, service was great, etc.). My husband and I returned on November 6th and unfortunately never got the food we ordered. We put in a pizza order (after ordering drinks and tots, which we received). After sitting for over 45minutes, the server asked us what we had ordered and then realized she never put the pizza order in so it wasn't coming. For the record--I understand this was a mistake and this kind of thing happens, no big deal. What was frustrating was then that we were not comped any part of our bill--including a $3 diet coke. I'm of course happy to pay for what I order, but it was quite surprising to receive a $65 bill for drinks/tots without any compensation after sitting there for nearly an hour waiting on food that was never coming. In my opinion, it would have been better customer service to eliminate one of the drinks or the tots from the bill for the inconvenience of sitting there hungry.

Some of the best tavern-style thin crust pizza you can get in Chicago. I feel pretty confident proclaiming this even though Dicey's just opened like a month ago. The one with sausage and giardinera is my favorite so far, but I look forward to trying more of their specialty pies. Extra crispy, full of flavor, just the ideal pizza for me. I am going to order so much pizza from this place.
I want to start off by saying I was super excited to try this place. I had seen their pizza online and it looked so good. We arrived on a busy Thursday night and were able to score two seats at the bar. That’s when disaster started. The bar tender never acknowledged us we were lucky to have menus because they were left behind along with drinks and beer cans still in the area which is fine since we just got the seats but she never came to clean the space or anything. After waiting some time and hungry I had to flag her down in which she looked annoyed and proceeded to say oh I didn’t clean here yet I’ll clean it at some point. When we were ordering she looked confused and didn’t understand our order and her face looked as if we had bothered her. She then left and never offered us water made our drinks annoyed. We had our pizza which I will say is amazingly good but unfortunately we never got the other half of our order. The bar tender didn’t know that because she never came back to ask us if we wanted more drinks if everything was okay if we needed water or condiments nothing she completely ignored us. We noticed she did the same with the order next to us where she didn’t place it right didn’t know what she was doing and had to give them a free pizza bc she made them wait as well. It took for ever to get my check and since I had to flag her down again she said I’ll be with you in a moment which would have been fine if she was actually attentive but she wasn’t busy and just did it to be rude. At that point I asked her to please remove the item we didn’t get and she was surprised saying oh you never got it? No we didn’t because she didn’t know what was going on with people’s orders. She has to be THE WORST BARTENDER EVER and it’s unfortunate that experience over shadowed the food. I Can understand when things get busy but she was just dismissive, condescending and rude and looked like she didn’t want to do her job. I would suggest if you do try this place not to sit at the bar. I will not be returning after that experience since it was not enjoyable at all.

Laughably small portions for the price. $16 for 6 mediocre wings. Also the large pizza is not much bigger than the small. There are way to many good pizza options to settle for this. Pizza was okay but nothing special. They also forgot the dressing for our salad but mistakes happen with stuff like that.
Really cool space though.
Update: was already mad at the prices but then while eating my tooth hit a rock(?). Idk what this white thing is but it's rock solid and was cooked into the pizza. It might be bone? Dropping down to 1 star.
