Neat and small restaurant. Seated by ourselves per the hostess/ cashier and served with hot tea. I have to flagged to order. But Floor staffs were nice. Food arrived shortly after we placed. Classic, Tender, beef stew with rice noodle was savory. crunchy and crispy fried dough, plain unsalted congee was smooth and semi thick. Crispy fried shrimp rolls was good flavor. Creamy, mild sweet egg custard with flaky pastry. shrimp dumplings with 2 shrimps was cooked perfectly. Mild Hint of sesame paste cake served pipping hot. daikon cake was a little doughy, but you can taste small bites of daikon. Steamed bean curd rolls were a little too much celery for me. Steamed shrimp and peanut dumplings were ok. Beef tripes were crisp, not chewy. You have to ask for hot sauce.
Take out: Baked bbq pork buns were too doughy, not much flavor of bbq pork. Pork floss was good with mayonnaise. Winter melon cakes were a little too doughy with mild sweetness. But the paper cupcakes were really good with mild sweetness.

Parking: Located outside of Chinatown. Limited free parkings.

Good food 9/10 and nice service.

The older lady at the front didn’t speak a word to us. Service was terrible. Dim sum was inedible and tasted like it was heated up from a frozen package. I’ve even had some frozen dim sum that tasted better. Avoid at all costs. At least at the end of our meal the younger helper said thank you, one of the only good parts of the experience.

Egg yolk buns decent. Shrimp and spinach dumplings very good but where’s the spinach?

The attitude at the front desk is very bad. I give a tip for takeout, but it is still thrown away. A lady with short red hair and glasses.

Food is below standards and the service is the worst. We will never eat here again and will not recommend it to anyone else. The waitress especially ignored us several times.

Great tasty food at affordable prices. Although this time the egg sweet buns came deformed and had paper stuck at the bottom of the buns. The waitress did not mention this and just dropped it off to the table— which she had first delivered it to the wrong table. The waitress seemed to have a bad attitude on her and does not care about my complaints. She pass on the hurry up non verbal attitude as of if I was a burden. She didn’t bring the Siracha sauce out. When I asked her for it, she went to another table to grab the siracha sauce and squeezed it right on to be existing plate with noodles already on them which i immediately responded with “what the hell are you doing??” She did apologize and grab another plate for me. The food is good and I want to give better reviews but this is exactly what happened. I hope the owner reads this and make some improvements to their waiting staff.

Parking: There are limited tight spaces to the mall. Get here early

We come here for the amazingly priced and piping hot dim sum. The environment reminds me of the Chinese dim sum places of my childhood, with loud Cantonese being spoken (yelled?), no frills decorations, and delicious food. I’ve tried the other, larger dim sum places in Chinatown proper and find the food is just superior here. I love the preserved egg jook, rice rolls with tofu and yu choy, sumai, radish cake, and taro balls stuffed with beef here. The only item that ever disappoints is the standard baked bbq pork bun which is a bit anemic in its stuffing, but the flaky pastry version is a treat and is actually the one on their regular menu anyways.

Sometimes people are confused with the one or two dishes which seem good here but overall it really is just a fluke.

The service and meals are average, the minimum tip for dinner is 8 percentage, the food is served quickly, the portions are moderate, and there is a parking lot outside.
