Authentic Dim Sum with largely Asian patrons. Very busy. Service is efficient, ambience is that of a true China town hangout. Very affordable.

The food is quite good here. Fresh and quite tasty. Parking, however, is very difficult since the plaza is outdated and always full. It's almost impossible to find a space. There's nothing fancy about this restaurant. Service has gotten better since we were here last time.

I've been going to this restaurant for over 10 years when I am in Chicago. On 11/23 I went in to get my maca soup as I always do and try their lobster sticky rice. A waitress asked me do I want hot sauce and I said no she said you don't like I said no. My friend asked why would you need hot sauce I said because I'm AFRICAN AMERICAN thats why she asked that but never offered anything else. She was rude and used the term oh my God when I paid. She was so disrespectful and prejudice to the point I will never spend another dime there. Crazy part is I'm worth more than her existence and she is bound to waiting on others of value while her price will continue to depreciate as she wethers away into the absolute nothing that she is. This is Irreversible and shall not fade or dissipate and shall not be removed. Asè

Neat and small restaurant. Seated by ourselves per the hostess/ cashier and served with hot tea. I have to flagged to order. But Floor staffs were nice. Food arrived shortly after we placed. Classic, Tender, beef stew with rice noodle was savory. crunchy and crispy fried dough, plain unsalted congee was smooth and semi thick. Crispy fried shrimp rolls was good flavor. Creamy, mild sweet egg custard with flaky pastry. shrimp dumplings with 2 shrimps was cooked perfectly. Mild Hint of sesame paste cake served pipping hot. daikon cake was a little doughy, but you can taste small bites of daikon. Steamed bean curd rolls were a little too much celery for me. Steamed shrimp and peanut dumplings were ok. Beef tripes were crisp, not chewy. You have to ask for hot sauce.
Take out: Baked bbq pork buns were too doughy, not much flavor of bbq pork. Pork floss was good with mayonnaise. Winter melon cakes were a little too doughy with mild sweetness. But the paper cupcakes were really good with mild sweetness.
Parking: Located outside of Chinatown. Limited free parkings.

Good food 9/10 and nice service.
The older lady at the front didn’t speak a word to us. Service was terrible. Dim sum was inedible and tasted like it was heated up from a frozen package. I’ve even had some frozen dim sum that tasted better. Avoid at all costs. At least at the end of our meal the younger helper said thank you, one of the only good parts of the experience.

The attitude at the front desk is very bad. I give a tip for takeout, but it is still thrown away. A lady with short red hair and glasses.
